★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για να κάνεις συναλλαγή πρέπει να έχεις πάρει κανονική άδεια από τη δουλειά σου. Απαράδεκτη κατάσταση, μεγάλη αναμονή, πολύς κόσμος, ένα μόνο κατάστημα στην πόλη και τους περιαστικούς δήμους Χανίων, ελάχιστο προσωπικό, αδιαφορία της διοίκησης. Τελματώδης εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι!! Απλά!! Ήθελα επανέκδοση pin για τ κάρτα μου. Πήρα τηλέφωνο για ν α κλείσω ραντεβού και μου είπαν ότι δεν χρειάζεται. Βρίσκομαι στη τράπεζα αυτή τ στιγμή και περιμένω σχεδόν δύο ώρες. Εξυπηρετούν μόνο δύο υπάλληλοι με Άργους ρυθμούς. 2 άτομα σε 1 ώρα ... Απαράδεκτοι!! Κρίμα τόση αναμονή και ταλαιπωρία χωρίς λόγο και αιτία!!!!
Unacceptable !! Simply!! I wanted a reissue pin for my t card. I got on the phone to make an appointment and they told me it was not needed. I'm at the bank right now waiting for almost two hours. Only two employees serve at a slow pace. 2 people in 1 hour ... Unacceptable !! Too bad so much waiting and suffering for no reason !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απο τραπεζα με διευθυντη που σου μιλαει στον ενικο και σου λεει να μην ερχεσαι τελος του μηνα για συναλλαγη μην περιμενεις πολλα, εδω περα η παραμονη καθε φορα για μια συναλλαγη ειναι 2+ ωρες. Οσο για τους υπευθυνους εξω το λιγοτερο γελιοι ανικανοι να κρατησουν εστω και σε μια σειρα τον κοσμο.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was lucky to work my issue with the most capable employee in there and still had to fight through a solid 3 hour grind of running around to gather papers needed for bureaucratic procedures and waiting.All these just to be able to monitor my account transactions via my mobile phone. Tedious, endless, time-wasting process. Reschedule ur whole day if u plan to visit this department.
