Θ	Θωμας Κοτσιαντωνιου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου τράβηξε λεφτά το ATM και εφόσον είπα το ποσό που μου τράβηξε η ταμειας(ο θεός να την κάνει) είπε θα το στείλει την αίτηση στα κεντρικά και θα με ξανά καλέσουν, σε ερώτηση μου γιατί να γίνει αυτό εφόσον έβλεπε το σύστημα ποσά λεφτά ήταν και ότι μετά από εμένα δεν έγινε κάποια κατάθεση όταν πέρυσι τέτοιο καιρό μου τράβηξε το διπλάσιο πλας ποσό και μου τα επέστρεψαν κατευθείαν η κυρία που προσποιοταν την ταμεία δεν ήξερε τι να απαντήσει και γιατί πρέπει να γίνει αυτό, εν κατακλείδι η συμπεριφορά της άθλια. Τώρα καταλαβαίνω γιατί σε αυτό το κατάστημα έχουν παράπονα όλοι. Η υπάλληλος μιλούσε από την πρώτη στιγμή στον ενικό με εκφράσεις τραγικές, επειδή αργούσε το σύστημα τους όπως "Περίμενε εδώ γίνεται της Πόπης" και τέλος το χειρότερο απ'όλα αφού της ζήτησα ραντεβού για την επανέκδοση ξεφυσαει και μου λέει "Πω ρε που@η μου που να σε βάλω τώρα" Έπαθα σοκ!Κρίμα... Μόνο με ραντεβού λέει, ενώ οι συνάδελφοι του και αυτός δεν έχουν πελάτες να αξυπηρετησουν. Πρώτο διαθέσιμο ραντεβού μετά από 3ς μέρες. Λέγοντας του ότι δεν είμαι από την περιοχή μου είπε να πάω στην περιοχή μου να με εξυπηρετησουν. Παρόλο που έχω την Business card και Μόνο από κατάστημα μπορώ να κανω επανέκδοση, δεν το ένοιαξε τον κύριο αν θα μπορέσω να κάνω κατάθεση για να εκπληρώσω την μισθοδοσία των υπαλλήλων μου. Πολύ άσχημο να χρησιμοποιείς για λόγο τον κορονοιο για να κλείσεις ραντεβού, ενώ σαν κατάστημα είσαι άδειος εκείνη την στιγμή. Θα το σκεφτώ πολύ να διατηρήσω τον λογαριασμό μου στην eurobank. Κρίμα. S	Stella Pantelidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σήμερα πήγα για μια πληρωμή σε ένα αρχιτεκτονικό γραφείο (μου έδωσαν κωδικούς). Επειδή ήμουν εν κινήσει όλη τη μέρα δε θα ήθελα να κάνω λάθος μιας και είχα pdf αρχεία με κωδικούς και όχι κάτι online ώστε να γίνει άμεσα η πληρωμή. Με το που με βλέπει ένας υπάλληλός σας με ρωτάει και του λέω πληρωμή για την πολεοδομία, με ρωτάει για πρόστιμο; Θαρρείς και έπρεπε να του εξηγήσω. Του λέω όχι για 2 πληρωμές( εκ των οποίων 1 παράβολο)αν και το χαρτί μου έλεγε πως μπορούν να με εξυπηρετήσουν δε με εξυπηρέτησαν λέγοντάς μου πως πλέον δε γίνεται στην τράπεζα. Μετά μου είπαν για το e-banking το οποίο το γνώριζα και εγώ αλλά δεν είχα IBAN αλλά έναν κωδικό και δεν ήθελα να γίνει λάθος. Γύρισα σπίτι και επειδή είχα καιρό να μπω το μπλόκαρα. Θέλω να πω τεράστια ταλαιπωρία επειδή δεν ήθελαν να εξυπηρετήσουν και φάνηκε ξεκάθαρα. Επίσης δεν είχε πολύ κόσμο να το τονίσω και αυτό. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ να είστε καλά.
