d	dina arbara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση που έχω δει ποτέ σε τραπεζικό κατάστημα.Πηγα για πληρωμή τελών και επειδή ήταν εκτός λειτουργίας το μηχάνημα κατέφυγα στο ταμείο.Η ταμίας ήταν ότι χειρότερο έχω συναντήσει ποτέ όπως και η κυρία στην οποία κατέφυγα για περισσότερες πληροφορίες όσων αφορά το e-banking. Μουρμουριζε και ήταν απότομη.Επειδη γενικά με τη Eurobank τελευταία έχω θέματα θα προχωρήσω σε αλλαγή τράπεζας. The worst service I have ever seen in a bank branch. I went to pay fees and because the machine was out of order I resorted to the cashier. . It was murmuring and it was sharp. Because I generally have issues with Eurobank lately, I will proceed with a change of bank.

Alexis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκλεισα εύκολα ραντεβού κατόπιν τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας, ο σύμβουλος πελάτη , κύριος Μήλιος, που με εξυπηρέτησε ήταν απόλυτα ακριβής και κατατοπιστικός σε όλες τις απορίες για κατατεθικα και στεγαστικά θέματα που είχα. I made an appointment easily by phone, the client consultant, Mr. Milios, who served me, was absolutely accurate and informative in all the questions about deposit and housing issues that I had.

Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά, αγενέστατος ψευτονταής "υπεύθυνος" που φέρεται στον κόσμο σαν σε ζώα. Για να μην αναφερθώ στο πόσο συχνά χαλάνε τα μηχανήματα μέσα στην τράπεζα ή το γεγονός οτι εξυπηρετούνται όσοι έχουν ραντεβού και οι υπόλοιποι απλά περιμένουν για ώρα ακόμα κι αν το ταμείο ή το μηχάνημα μέσα είναι άδειο. The worst bank. I have to go to pay the rent every month. Unacceptable behavior, rude and false "responsible" who behaves in the world like animals. Not to mention how often the machines in the bank break down or the fact that those who have appointments are served and the rest just wait for an hour even if the cash register or the machine inside is empty.

Ο προϊστάμενος καθώς και όλο το προσωπικό με πολύ ευγενικό τρόπο με ενημέρωσαν με κάθε λεπτομέρεια για όλες τις απορίες που είχα για την συναλλαγή μου. Έκλεισα άμεσα ραντεβού. Μακάρι να ακολουθήσουν κ άλλες τράπεζες το παράδειγμα τους! Συγχαρητήρια! Flawless and prompt service! The manager as well as all the staff in a very polite way informed me in every detail about all the questions I had about my transaction. I made an appointment immediately. May other banks follow their example! Congratulations!
G	G V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst branch of euro bank. Huge queues form every day as costumers and pensioners line up from 9am. Arm yourself with patience. Staff is indifferent. On an occasion, I was waiting for at least one hour when the employee took her mug of coffee and went upstairs on the first floor. As she was ascending the staircase I asked her where was she going to? She replied that there was an urgent matter that she had to take care. After another half an hour she slowly returned with her coffee mug empty. On another occasion I wanted to open a bank account. I was eligible and I had all the documents needed. But the employee asked for more documents. Besides my protest she kept asking for documents that weren't required. I thought that she didn't want to do the job so I left and I went to another branch of eurobank at the very same day. Of course I was right. I had all the right documents with me and I opened my bank account. I choose to never go to this branch because I believe that the employees will search for any possible excuse not to do the job
