Besides having a long wait, the clerk in the fund could not perform a simple TEE subscription payment !!! Even in the technical chamber they were shocked!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η υπάλληλος σκαναρει πιστοποιητικά με τη μύτη έξω, πελάτες με κατεβασμένες μάσκες και κανείς δε δίνει σημασία, υπάλληλοι χωρίς καθόλου μάσκα μέσα στο κατάστημα. Επικίνδυνα ανεύθυνοι!
The clerk scans certificates with the nose out, customers with lowered masks and no one cares, employees without any mask inside the store. Dangerously irresponsible!

The telephone service was awful, my employee was talking as if I had killed her mother..really unacceptable and instead of professional behavior

The clerk who served me was impeccable, from the telephone communication to the immediate service. I hope it was not the exception to the rule.
