Γ	ΓΕΩΡΓΙΟΣ «geo1974» ΜΑΡΓΑΡΙΤΙΔΗΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οφείλω να πω ότι βιαστηκα να έρθω Σίνδο στην εν λόγω. μεταφορική για να παραλάβω το δέμα που είχα παραγγείλει από Γερμανία (Amazon) φοβούμενος ότι δεν θα το φέρουν στο σπίτι μου και αυτό γιατί είχα διάβασει πολλές αρνητικές κριτικές!! Όταν πήγα λοιπόν να πάρω το δέμα αυτοί το ειχαν στειλει σπίτι μου χα χα τσάμπα τα 50 χιλιόμετρα πού έκανα και τα διόδια πού πλήρωσα!! Βέβαια προσπάθησα πρώτα να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους αλλά αυτό καθίσταται αδύνατον Δεν σήκωναν το τηλέφωνο Αυτό είναι άκρως αντιεπαγγελματικο Αν το σηκώνανε και επικοινωνούσα μαζί τους δεν θα έμπαινα σε τέτοιο κόπο I must say that I was in a hurry to come to Sindo. shipping to pick up the parcel I had ordered from Germany (Amazon) fearing they would not bring it home to me because I had read many negative reviews !! So when I went to get the parcel they sent it home ha ha kaba the 50km i did and the toll i paid !! Of course I tried to contact them first but this is impossible They didn't pick up the phone This is highly unprofessional If they had raised it and communicated with them I would not have been in such trouble
T	Tasos Kar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογοι... απαντάνε και στα τηλέφωνα, ταχύτατοι. Τι να πω για αυτα που διαβάζω !!! εγω ειμαι ευχαριστημένος απο την εξυπηρέτηση τους. Flawless ... they answer the phones too, very fast. What can I say about what I read !!! I am happy with their service.

They did not call, they did not leave a message at the door, they just sent me a message at the end to go and get the parcel from their store.

Για το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα προς έκπληξη μου έχω να πω τα καλύτερα, υπάρχει δυνατότητα επικοινωνίας και αμεση ανταπόκριση για ενημέρωση. Συγχαρητήρια στην κοπέλα που εξυπηρετεί στο τηλέφωνο και ενημερώνει για την εξέλιξη με mail! At a time when couriers are a tool of work and not only, some people try to follow this fast pace. For this particular store to my surprise I have to say the best, there is the possibility of communication and immediate response for information. Congratulations to the girl who serves on the phone and informs about the development by mail!
X	Xristos Tsartsaris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν υπήρχε χαμηλότερη αξιολόγηση θα την έβαζα. Μου ήρθε μήνυμα παράδοσης τη Παρασκευή.. τίποτα.. Έρχεται Δευτέρα πάλι τίποτα. Παίρνω τηλέφωνα συνεχώς στο κατάστημα και δεν το σηκώνει κανείς. Αντιεπαγγελματιες , η χειρότερη εταιρεία μακράν. Ντρέπεται η ντροπή με αυτούς. If there was a lower rating I would put it. I received a delivery message on Friday .. nothing .. Nothing comes again on Monday. I constantly pick up the phone at the store and no one picks it up. Unprofessional, the worst company by far. Shame on them.
M	Maria H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το παιδί από το κούριερ παίρνει τηλέφωνο για λιγότερο από 5 δευτερόλεπτα. Δεν το πρόλαβα και κάλεσα κατευθείαν, δεν το σηκώνει. Το σήκωσε μετά από ώρα (περίπου 20 λεπτά) για να μου πει ότι βρίσκεται στο κατάστημα, διαφορετικά γίνεται αποστολή την επόμενη εργάσιμη. Την επόμενη εργάσιμη γίνεται πάλι το ίδιο. Όταν τους βάλαμε τις φωνές στη Speedex, το κούριερ μου είπε αυτολεξεί "μου κάνετε ζημιά που μου αλλάζετε το πρόγραμμα". Εν τέλει ήρθε αλλά δε θα τους ξαναπροτιμήσω. The child in the courier picks up the phone in less than 5 seconds. I did not catch it and called directly, it does not pick up. He picked it up after an hour (about 20 minutes) to tell me that it is in the store, otherwise it will be shipped the next business day. The next working day the same thing happens again. When we shouted at Speedex, the courier literally said, "You're hurting me by changing my schedule." It finally came but I will not prefer them again.
V	Vasileia Pa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εταιρία κουριερ! Μεγάλη καθυστέρηση, πολλες φορές σου λένε ότι πρέπει να περασεις από το κατάστημα να παραλάβεις και αλλά πολλα. Πάντα πριν παραγγείλω κάτι, βλέπω με ποια εταιρία το στέλνουν και αν δω την συγκεκριμένη ακυρώνω την παραγγελία μου! Την τελευταία φορά που ειχα παραγγείλει κάτι και το περίμενα από την εταιρία αυτή, με πήρε ο κουριερ ενώ ειχα κοβιντ, του ειπα πως δεν μπορω να κατέβω και αν ειναι εφικτό να μου φέρει το δέμα από Δευτέρα και η απάντηση ήταν περνά να το παρεις από το κατάστημα δεν μπορω 5 μερες να κουβαλάω το δικό σας δέμα. Όταν επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα (Σίνδου) για να μου αποστείλουν το δέμα στην αρχή αρνούνταν και όταν ειπα οτι πλήρωσα την παράδοση κατ´οικον είπαν αααα την Τετάρτη θα έχετε το δέμα σας(ήταν Δευτέρα). Μέχρι Παρασκευή δεν μου είχε ερθει τιποτα, ξανά πήρα τηλ και μου είπαν ότι έστειλαν το δέμα πίσω λόγω καθυστέρησης. Καμια ενημέρωση όμως και ήταν δέμα με προμήθεια για την δουλειά μου. Μεγάλο Χ. The worst courier company! Long delay, you are often told that you have to go through the store to pick up and much more. Always before I order something, I see with which company they send it and if I see the specific one I cancel my order! The last time I ordered something and I was waiting for it from this company, the courier picked me up while I had the coveted, I told him that I can not go down and if it is possible for him to bring me the parcel from Monday and the answer was to take it from the store can not 5 days to carry your parcel. When I contacted the store (Sindos) to send me the parcel at first they refused and when I said that I paid for the delivery at home they said aaaa on Wednesday you will have your parcel (it was Monday). I did not receive anything until Friday, I called again and they told me that they sent the parcel back due to a delay. However, no information was a package with a commission for my work. Big X.
