Ενώ σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με την εταιρεία μας είπαν ότι μπορούμε να συνεννοηθούμε ώστε ο μεταφορέας να βάλει το προϊόν στην αυλή του σπιτιού και όχι στο πεζοδρόμιο, όταν εκείνος έφτασε δεν ήταν πρόθυμος να εξυπηρετήσει ακόμα και με κάποιο κόστος. Αποτέλεσμα; Να μείνει ένας ηλιακός θερμοσίφωνας πάνω στο πεζοδρόμιο με κίνδυνο να υποστεί φθορά ή και οτιδήποτε άλλο. Τώρα πώς ο μεταφορέας δεν μπορούσε να τον βάλει στην αυλή, αλλά ένας άνθρωπος που θέλησε να με βοηθήσει τα κατάφερε, δεν ξέρω τι να πω;; Εννοείται πως επικοινωνήσαμε πάλι με την μεταφορική αλλά και με τον έμπορο που αγοράσαμε το προϊόν για να εκφράσουμε το παράπονο μας.
I was not happy at all. Very bad communication. While in a telephone communication with our company they said that we can agree so that the carrier would put the product in the yard of the house and not on the sidewalk, when he arrived he was not willing to serve even at some cost. Result; To leave a solar water heater on the sidewalk with the risk of being damaged or anything else. Now how could the carrier not put him in the yard, but a man who wanted to help me did it, I do not know what to say ?? It goes without saying that we contacted again with the transport company but also with the dealer who bought the product to express our complaint.
