Πήγα να κάνω γενικές εξετάσεις αίματος και γίνανε γρήγορα και απλά χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα. Προτείνεται! The women in this clinic were helpful. I do not understand why the negative comments. Αφού μου πήραν το δείγμα σχετικά γρήγορα, μετά θέλανε να περιμένω για να πάρω τα αποτελέσματα και δε τα στέλνανε μέσω mail. Αποτέλεσμα; Να περιμένω πάνω από μια ώρα απ έξω, να υπάρχει τεράστιος συνωστισμός με άλλους πελάτες που περίμεναν κ αυτοί τα αποτελέσματα τους κ στο τέλος να μας απαντάνε υποτιμητικά οι υπάλληλοι ότι είναι απαραίτητο να περιμένουμε γτ δεν έχουν τα στοιχεία μας (τα οποία τα είχαμε ήδη δώσει πριν το λήψη του δείγματος αλλά τα είχαν κ από πιο παλιές μας επισκέψεις). Ήταν ξεκάθαρο ότι απλά δε δούλευε το σύστημα τους που από στέλνει τα αποτελέσματα μέσω mail. Κανένας σεβασμός στον πελάτη κ υποτίμηση της νοημοσύνης μας. I went 2 times to do a rapid test and I was completely disappointed. After they took my sample relatively quickly, then they wanted me to wait to get the results and they did not send them by mail. Result; To wait for more than an hour outside, to have a huge crowd with other customers who were also waiting for their results and in the end to be disparagingly answered by the employees that it is necessary to wait because they do not have our data (which we had already given before taking the sample but had them from our older visits). It was clear that their system that sends the results by mail simply did not work. No respect for the customer and underestimation of our intelligence.

Χρειάζεται οπωσδήποτε να ενημερωθεί ο υπεύθυνος για την αγενεστατη και αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά της. I was happy.
