★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση. Μία εβδομάδα περιμέναμε να μας στείλουν την αξονική με e-mail και δεν μπορούσαν. Ούτε σε εμάς ούτε στον γιατρό. Μετά από 7 τηλεφωνήματα να μην μπορούν να βρουν το αποτέλεσμα, το οποίο δεν ήταν καν με συμμετοχή ΕΟΠΥΥ, αλλά προπληρωμένο ολόκληρο το ποσό από εμάς. Τελικά ,αναγκαστικά, πήγαμε από κοντά για να πάρουμε τα αποτελέσματα, επίσης κατάφεραν να μας στείλουν το email και να έρθει στα spam. Καμία οργάνωση σε έναν τομέα υγείας.
 The worst service. We waited a week for them to send us the axial by e-mail and they could not. Neither to us nor to the doctor. After 7 phone calls they could not find the result, which was not even with the participation of EOPYY, but the entire amount was prepaid by us. Eventually, we had to go close to get the results, they also managed to send us the email and it came to spam. No organization in a health sector.

είχα κλείσει ραντεβού από αρχές Ιουνίου με παραπεμπτικό, και όταν πήγα από εκεί μου λένε απλά: "Δεν υπάρχει ραντεβού, ούτε καν ο αντίστοιχος γιατρός αυτή την ώρα"
Σε ερώτησή μου γιατί δεν ενημερώθηκα σχετικά μου απάντησαν αγενέστατα "Και που ξέρουμε εμείς ότι πράγματι κλείσατε εδώ ραντεβού;" Η προϊσταμένη της εν τω μεταξύ από πίσω της ακριβώς και ούτε που ασχολήθηκε καν.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tragedy of Biotypos is that the retired military doctor(owner) forced the employees and their friends to write the best reviews of his company to improved the health benefits, but the quality of tests results is very low, unless the cardiologist in Cholargos department. If you are not coming from the medical circle, unfortunately they treat you like a stupid...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow. Huge delays. They cancelled my original appointment, only to make me come later in the day on a new appointment time and wait for over an hour in the waiting room which was packed. Very very disappointed. If I wanted to go to a public health clinic I would have. I am a working mum and can't take a day off work just for an xray unless my leg has been cut off. Unexceptable. Not coming here again.

When call to ask to resend again.the secretary with attitude asked me you have to come to the location and print it .
