Το περιστατικό συνέβη την Τετάρτη 19 Μαίου. Very rude and provocative especially the girl with the glasses ? who works in the reception on the right is unacceptable. Η υπάλληλος που έκανε την αξονική βγήκε από τον θάλαμο διαμαρτυρόμενη ότι ο ασθενής δεν συνεργάζεται ( ο ασθενής είχε όγκο στο κεφάλι και μερική επαφή με το περιβάλλον). Το "φιλμ" της αξονικής ενώ ήταν να φύγει ΆΜΕΣΑ στον γιατρό με e mail, εννοείται ότι δεν πήγε ( Βέβαια μας είπαν ότι το έστειλαν και το μεσημέρι, προφανώς το έχασε ο αρμόδιος ιατρός ???). Αυτά τα ολίγα Unacceptable ... Wheelchair with no base to support the patient's legs (we went with the ... reverse to swing). The employee who made the axial came out of the ward complaining that the patient was not cooperating (the patient had a head injury and partial contact with the environment). Α	Αννα Γουζελη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άκρως αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά. Απαράδεκτοι απρεπής αγενείς, ούτε καν την στοιχειώδη ευγένεια δεν έχουν. Το προσωπικό αμόρφωτο και προσβλητικό προς τους ασθενείς κανένας σεβασμός στον ασθενή. Δεν έχει καν σωστούς γιατρούς που να είναι άνθρωποι πάνω όλα. Γιατρούς σαν τον ακτινοδιαγνώστη που η ύπαρξη του εκεί δυσφημεί τον όμιλο μη θέλοντας να ξαναπατήσεις. Ούτε ένα αστέρι δεν αξίζουν. Με διαφορά το χειρότερο διαγνωστικό. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Unacceptably indecent rude, they do not even have the elementary courtesy. Staff uneducated and offensive to patients no respect for the patient. He does not even have the right doctors to be human after all. Doctors like the radiologist whose existence there discredits the group, not wanting you to step on it again. Καθόλου ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΚΉ ΣΥΜΠΕΡΙΦΟΡΆ !.. At the Call Center A young man Unacceptable Behavior ... not at all Professional Service ... and at the Radiology Center I asked to wear the protective robe because I went for X-RAY foot and he got angry and expressed himself in a POPULAR way ... No PROFESSIONAL SYMPTOMS ..

Σε μια εξέταση που υποβλήθηκα πριν από μερικές μέρες έγινε ένα λάθος με δική μου υπαιτιοτητα και χρεώθηκα με 30 ευρώ επιπλέον. Μόλις το αντιλήφθηκα κι επικοινώνησα με τη γραμματεία, αμέσως μετά από ένα ολιγολεπτο τσεκάρισμα, μου είπαν ευγενεστατα να περάσω όποτε με βολεύει για να μου επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα. Όταν πήγα με περίμενε ο φιλικοτατος δ/ντης κ. Παπαϊωάννου με τα χρήματα στο χέρι ζητώντας μου συγνώμη (για ουσιαστικά δικό μου λάθος) και μόνο... καφέ δεν μου πρόσφερε! Είναι άψογοι! Τους ευχαριστώ για όλα. Let me also share my experience from Euromedica Pieria. When I went, the very friendly manager Mr. Papaioannou was waiting for me with the money in hand, apologizing to me (for essentially my own mistake) and only ... he did not offer me coffee! They are flawless! I thank them for everything.
