★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέσα στο Μάρτιο του 2022 πραγματοποίησα μια επέμβαση στο Γυναικολογικό Τμήμα της Euromedica Γενικής Κλινικής Θεσσαλονίκης και παρέμεινα για νοσηλεία ένα βράδυ. Η συμπεριφορά του νοσηλευτικού προσωπικού ήταν πραγματικά άψογη! Όλες οι κοπέλες ήταν ευγενεστατες και πρόθυμες να με βοηθήσουν αν πάσα στιγμή, ακόμη και κατά τη διάρκεια της νύχτας. Ένιωσα πραγματικά ασφαλής και ευγνώμων για τη φροντίδα και το ενδιαφέρον τους. Αξίζουν σίγουρα πέντε αστέρια και λυπάμαι πραγματικά που δεν μπορώ να τα δώσω καθώς υπήρξε ένα γεγονός που μου προκάλεσε ιδιαίτερα αρνητική εντύπωση. Κατά την άφιξη μου στην κλινική μου ζητήθηκε προκαταβολή, το 1/4 του συνολικού κόστους νοσηλείας. Μιλώντας με μία κοπέλα με την οποία μοιραζόμασταν το ίδιο δωμάτιο και είχαμε κάνει την ίδια επέμβαση έμαθα ότι από εκείνη ζήτησαν όλο το ποσόν προκαταβολικά. Ειλικρινά δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω την πολιτική της κλινικής όσον αφορά το οικονομικό σκέλος. Ομολογώ ότι είχα διαβάσει κριτικές πριν κανονίσω την επέμβαση και ήμουν ιδιαίτερα επιφυλακτική στο να την κάνω εκεί. Κατά τη γνώμη μου, οι υπεύθυνοι της κλινικής, θα έπρεπε να είναι πιο προσεκτικοί και να μην επισκιάζουν την τόσο καλή δουλειά του νοσηλευτικού προσωπικού με τέτοιου είδους παρατυπίες στον οικονομικό τομέα.
 In March 2022, I had an operation at the Gynecology Department of the Euromedica General Clinic in Thessaloniki and stayed for one night. The behavior of the nursing staff was really impeccable! All the girls were very kind and willing to help me at any time, even during the night. I felt really safe and grateful for their care and interest. They are definitely worth five stars and I'm really sorry that I can not give them as there was an event that made a very negative impression on me. Upon arrival at my clinic, a deposit was requested, 1/4 of the total cost of treatment. Talking to a girl with whom we shared the same room and we had done the same operation, I learned that they asked her for the entire amount in advance. I honestly can not understand the policy of the clinic regarding the financial part. I confess that I had read reviews before arranging the operation and I was very reluctant to do it there. In my opinion, the managers of the clinic should be more careful and not overshadow the good work of the nursing staff with such irregularities in the financial sector.

Took my son with abdominal pain at 3 am, took me 300 EUR for his blood tests, x-ray, CT scan calling it emergency situation and than took us waiting until 13 pm (10 hours total with no sleep in a hospital hall) for a radiologist to read CT scan. Totally disorganized and unprofessional, doctors getting out for a smoke, drinking coffee in cafe in front of hospital, while patients wait inside. Don't go there if you don't need to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT do a PCR test on this place. They claim you get your results within 24 hours but I received mine in 28 hours after having called them twice and after almost missing my flight. There are plenty of much more professional places to get tested, skip this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lousy system!!! I went for the emergency and they made me wait. When I went to the control, they asked for an undesired rapid test. I have a biontech vaccination certificate. They didn't accept it. The burnt area was bandaged for 1 week. Don't go!
