κ	κώστας θωμαϊδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το να σε κοροιδευουν διαρκως για να σου επιστρεψουν δικα σου χρηματα για νοσηλεια πληρωμης ενος μηνα που εγινε 2 ημερων λογω ολικης ανικανοτητας σας στο να γνωριζετε τα βασικα για καρκινοπαθεις ασθενεις , τι να πω!!Το λιγοτερο ελλεεινο και τριασαθλιοι , οπως και οι εγκαταστασεις της κλινικης!!! Αντιεπαγγελματισμος στο μεγαλειο του σε ολες σχεδον τις θεσεις!Μην μιλησουμε φυσικα για το μεγαλο κεφαλι γιατι μπορει να μας απειλησει με καμια μηνυσουλα....Ειστε Γελιοι στο ελαχιστο!!!!! Το οτι θα κλεβατε τα λεφτα των ασθενων και δεν θα τα επιστρεφατε!!!!Δεν αξιζει σε επιχειρησεις που παρακρατουν νομιμα χρηματα ασθενων να ειναι σε λειτουργια!!! Της ζήτησαν να προπληρώσει για 15 ημέρες νοσηλείας (αρχικά δεν καταλάβαινα το γιατί) και μάλιστα της το είπαν πάρα πολλές φορές, ώστε να μη φύγει χωρίς να πληρώσει το δεκαπενθήμερο. Τους έδωσε λοιπόν νοσήλεια 15 ημερών. Η μητέρα της απεβίωσε την επόμενη ημέρα. (Τρίτη μπήκε, Τετάρτη έφυγε...) Έγινε η κηδεία, τα χρήματα ακόμα να. επιστραφούν Πέρασαν ήδη 14 ημέρες και ενώ έχουν γίνει επανειλημμένως τηλεφωνήματα, οι υπεύθυνοι είτε δεν μπορούν να μιλήσουν, είτε βρίσκονται σε άδεια, είτε απαντούν μετά από μεγάλη αναμονή μας στο τηλέφωνο και ενημερώνουν ότι κάνουν ό,τι μπορούν. Αν λοιπόν κάποιος επισκεφτεί την κλινική, ας έχει το νου του....... My best man put her mother in the clinic. Ας τα πάρουμε από την αρχή.Οι συγγενείς μου και η οικογένεια μου έχει ιστορικό με θέματα στην καρδιά.Ο πατέρας μου απεβίωσε στην ηλικία των 50 ετών από καρδιακή προσβολή.Οποτε αποφάσισα με την συμβουλή του γιατρού μου να κάνω κάποιες προληπτικές εξετάσεις στην καρδιά. Η κυρία στην υποδοχή ήταν πολύ ευγενική δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο.Μας είπε ότι πρέπει να πάμε σε ένα γραφείο για να πληρώσουμε το ποσό που πρέπει.Η κυρία που μας "εξυπηρέτησε" ήταν το λιγότερο απαράδεκτη! Ήμουν με την αδελφή μου (και αυτή θα έκανε εξετάσεις) και μας έλεγε κωλοπαιδα, δεν έχουν τίποτα να κάνουν το καλοκαίρι και κάνουν εξετάσεις για να περάσει η ώρα και μαλακισμένα.Πραγματικα δεν έχω ξαναδεί τέτοια εξυπηρέτηση.. Χωρίς λόγο και χωρίς κανένα δικαίωμα μας πρόσβαλε έτσι.Ευτυχως το κωλοπαιδο εγώ έκανα αυτές της προληπτικές εξετάσεις και αποδείχτηκε ότι έχω καρδιακή ανεπάρκεια. Αργησα να κάνω κριτική γιατί με είχε ρίξει πολύ ψυχολογικά αυτό το συμβάν. Εύχομαι αυτή η "κυρία" να πάρει πραγματικά ότι της αξίζει. She told us we had to go to an office to pay the amount we needed. The lady who "served" us was the least unacceptable! I was with my sister (and she would do exams) and she used to tell us we have nothing to do in the summer and exams to pass the time and softly. I have never seen such service again. No reason and no right for us Unfortunately, the cowboy I did these preventive exams and it turned out that I have heart failure. It was too late to criticize because I was so psychologically thrown into this event. I hope this "lady" really gets what she deserves.
J	Jason J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τύριση κανόνων υγιεινής 0!!! Πήγα να κάνω την ανάγκη μου στις τουαλέτες του ισογείου και δεν τα κατάφερα από την αηδία. Όσο για το προσωπικό γιατροί και γραμματείς όλοι αγενέστατοι. Μέχρι να γίνει η εξόφληση η κοπέλα στη γραμματεία μιλούσε με το νι και με το σίγμα και προσπαθούσε να με πείσει για το πόσο αποστειρωμένη και αξιόπιστη είναι η κλινική τους ενώ καθώς έφευγα μόνο που δε με έστειλε στο διάολο όταν ρώτησα εάν υπάρχουν άλλες τουαλέτες. Κατά την εξέταση ο γιατρός (που μου απευθυνόταν μόνο στην προστακτική) δεν φορούσε μάσκα και γάντια, το ιατρείο βρωμούσε ιδρώτα και δεν υπήρχαν λευκά είδη στο κρεβάτι της εξέτασης με αποτέλεσμα να καθίσω απευθείας πάνω στο δέρμα. Ακόμη και στο ΙΚΑ αυτά τα στοιχειώδη πράγματα υπάρχουν. Καλά που πήγα μόνο για εξέταση και δε προγραμμάτισα την επέμβαση εκεί. Ούτε στον εχθρό μου τέτοιο πράγμα. Μακριά!!! Setting hygiene rules 0 !!! Οι συνθήκες υγιεινής ήταν ανύπαρκτες μέχρι και τσιγάρο άναψε ο γιατρός κατά τη επέμβαση, γενικά ήταν αγενέστατοι. Πέρα από αυτό, η επέμβαση ήταν απλά 100% αναποτελεσματική, αλλού ήταν η πέτρα και αλλού "χτυπούσε" ο γιατρός, δηλ. σαν να μην έγινε πότε τίποτα. Απαράδεκτοι!! A relative of mine went for lithotripsy a while ago. The hygienic conditions were non-existent until the doctor lit a cigarette during the operation, they were generally very rude. Δηλαδή είναι τόσο τραγικό που καταντάει αστείο άμα το σκεφτείτε.για υπηρεσίες υγείας δεν το συζητάμε ένα στάδιο πιο κάτω από νοσοκομείο στην Αιθιοπία! Terrible place, doctors and nurses don't care about the patients and their relatives, not only from a humane point of view but also from a business / financial perspective. Not sure how this clinic is still in operation, the level of service is below of a 3rd world country. Shame on Sarafianos. A follow up on this disgusting place. They lost the patient's medical exam results and I needed to pick them up again and re-pay. When I asked for a refund - since they lost it - they refused. Complete lack of professionalism. Stay away from this "clinic"!

We booked our departure at 10o'clock in the morning. 10:45 am and nobody has arrived nor has contacted us. Then I decided to call them myself. The lady tried to give me excuses and apologised by telling me the waiting time would be another hour or so.I tried to negotiate again the prive from 100 euros to anything below. Obviously I called the hospital and told me that we will need to move our appointment for Friday. I called again to see what is going to happen. The best they could do was 90 euros after putting us in so much trouble. Do not use them, Do not pay them, Do not wait for them. They start anyhow after 10am and they are the most unreliable clinic in the whole city. You should be ashamed for the troubles that you put your potential clients when they are at their most vulnerable moments.
