G	GEORGE KARATZIKIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν υπήρχαν 0 αστέρια θα τους έβαζα. ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟΙ. Μένει το αυτοκίνητο από μηχανική βλάβη και με μεταφέρουν στο συνεργείο μου. Επισκευάζεται η βλάβη και μετά από 10-12 μέρες το αυτοκίνητο κάθε 500 μέτρα σβήνει. Το πάω με τα χιλια ζόρια στο συνεργείο μου (το ίδιο φυσικά συνεργείο που το πήγα και στην πρώτη βλάβη γιατί εκεί το πάω). Ο μηχανικός εκεί μου λέει ότι χρειάζεται ηλεκτρολογίο αυτοκινήτων. Τους παίρνω λοιπόν τηλέφωνο και ΑΡΝΗΘΗΚΑΝ ΝΑ ΜΕ ΠΑΝΕ γιατί λέει και στην πρώτη βλάβη στο ίδιο συνεργείο με πήγαν οπότε δεν γίνεται.. Ωραία τους λέω, αφού σε 500 μέτρα θα μείνει το αυτοκίνητο θα πάω πιο κάτω και θα το πάρετε από εκεί. Α όχι , δεν γίνεται.. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ ΜΑΚΡΙΑ ΜΑΚΡΙΑ ΜΑΚΡΙΑ If there were 0 stars I would put them. TRAGIC. The car is left from mechanical damage and they take me to my workshop. The damage is repaired and after 10-12 days the car goes out every 500 meters. I take it to my workshop with a thousand efforts (of course the same workshop that I took to the first damage because I go there). The mechanic there tells me that I need car electrical. So I call them and they REFUSED to take me because he says in the first fault in the same garage they took me so it is not possible .. I tell them nicely, since in 500 meters the car will stay I will go lower and you will take it from there. Oh no, it's not possible .. AWAY AWAY AWAY AWAY

Έμεινα σε ένα βουνό, έκαναν 2μιση ώρες να έρθουν (λογικό αφού ήμουν στην μέση του πουθενά), και ο οδηγός ήταν άκρως εξυπηρετικός. Ευτυχώς δέχθηκε να μας μεταφέρει στα κοντινότερα ΚΤΕΛ για να γυρίσουμε Αθήνα. Το αυτοκίνητο έφτασε στο συνεργείο στην Αθήνα την επόμενη ημέρα το πρωί, παρότι μου είχαν δώσει έως 3 ημέρες περιθώριο. Όσον αφορά το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο, δεν είχε αναμονή καθώς ήταν Κυριακή και ο υπάλληλος ήταν ευγενικός. My own experience with this road was excellent. I stayed on a mountain, they took 2 and a half hours to come (reasonable since I was in the middle of nowhere), and the guide was extremely helpful. Fortunately, he agreed to take us to the nearest KTEL bus to return to Athens. The car arrived at the garage in Athens the next morning, although I had been given up to 3 days. As for the call center, there was no waiting as it was Sunday and the clerk was polite.
m	maria panopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το Google είναι προς ενημέρωση όλων μας. Να ενημερώνεστε για τις οδικές και για τις καλύψεις από τους ασφαλιστες. Είχα μια αντίστοιχη που παράτησε τον πατέρα μου σε δρόμο ταχείας κυκλοφορίας. Το μόνο που τούς ένοιαζε ήταν αυτοκίνητο. Πάρε Κτελ λέει. Πήρανε να δούνε πως δεν υπάρχουν δρομολόγια. Εκανα καινούργιο συμβόλαιο μέσω ασφαλιστή μου Generalli πρώτη φορά ικανοποιημένη . Δεύτερη φορά ΜΠΡΆΒΟ ΣΤΗΝ ΟΜΆΔΑ ΤΗΣ EYROP ASSISTANCE. Με εξυπηρέτησαν με αγάπη γι αυτό που κάνουνε. Έχω να πω τα καλύτερα..Σας ειπα θα αλλάξω συμβόλαιο και το έκανα. Πατέρας δρομος ταχειας.Κτελ. Τον παρατησατε. Αμαξι στα 30 χιλιόμετρα επαναπατριαμο παρασκευή το πήγατε Δευτέρα απόγευμα. Sms θυμάστε και αν δεν θυμάστε μέσα είναι η κριτική μου. Διαβάστε την. Οι υπηρεσίες της Europ assistance και της Generali ξεπερνούν κάθε όριο. Για όλους εσάς...
k	kalipso pala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγική εταιρεία. Πήρα τηλέφωνο είπα να έρθουν σε κεντρικό σημείο που είχα μείνει ειπα ότι είναι ανάγκη λόγω υγείας μου είπαν ότι θα ειδοποιήσουν τον οδηγό. Μισή ώρα μετά κάλεσα απορώντας που καθυστερούν κ τονίζοντας ότι είναι θέμα υγείας . Μου απάντησαν ότι το Χαν γράψει στα σχόλια. Λες κ ο οδηγός θα κάθεται λεπτομερώς να διαβάζει. Μετά από παρακλήσεις πήραν τηλέφωνο να του το πουν κ προφορικά. Μιάμιση ώρα μετά έφτασε ο οδηγός πήρε το όχημα του είπα τη διεύθυνση δεν έβλεπε να τη γράψει κ την έλεγε προφορικά στο jps . Δεν ήξερε εν ολίγοις πως θα πάει προσφέρθηκα να πάω μαζί γιατί ήθελα να φτιαχτεί το αμάξι άμεσα διότι ερχόταν εορταστικό τριήμερο κ έπρεπε να το έχω για λόγους υγείας. Αρνήθηκε να πάω μαζί του λόγω μέτρων κορονοιου αλλά μασκουλα δε φορούσε.. εκεί δεν υπήρχαν μέτρα! Πήρα ταξί έφτασα πρώτη κ μετά έφτασε εκείνος διότι λογικά δεν ήξερε πως θα έρθει κ είχε χαθεί . Δεν μπορώ να υποθέσω κάτι άλλο αφού οι δρόμοι ήταν άδειοι λόγω τριημέρου... Άλλη μια φορά χρειάστηκε ο άντρας μου την οδική ευτυχώς τότε δεν ήταν επείγον κ θέμα υγείας οπότε δε μας πείραξε τόσο που αντί για μιαμιση ώρα έκαναν 3. Είναι τραγικό πως επιβιώνουν τέτοιες εταιρείες κ ακόμα πιο τραγικοί όσοι πληρώσαμε για τις υπηρεσίες τους Tragic company. I got on the phone I said to come to a central point I had stayed I said it is a need due to health I was told they would notify the driver. Half an hour later I called wondering that they are late and emphasizing that it is a matter of health. I was told that Khan wrote in the comments. It is as if the driver will be sitting in detail reading. After requests, they called to tell him orally. An hour and a half later the driver arrived and took his vehicle, I told him the address, he could not write it down and he said it orally in jps. He did not know in short how it would go, I offered to go with him because I wanted the car to be repaired immediately because a festive three days were coming and I had to have it for health reasons. He refused to go with him due to coronary measures but he was not wearing a mask ... there were no measures there! I took a taxi, I arrived first and then he arrived because logically he did not know how to come and he was lost. I can not assume anything else since the roads were empty due to three days ... Once again my husband needed the road fortunately then it was not an emergency and a health issue so we did not mind so much that instead of an hour and a half they did 3. It is tragic that they survive such companies and even more tragic those who paid for their services
K	Kon Lianos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εάν μπορούσα να βάλω και 0 θα το έβαζα. 29/4 έμεινε το αυτοκίνητο μου πάνω στην Αττική οδό στον δρόμο του αερολιμένα, και είχα μαζί την μητέρα μου 64 ετών με προβλήματα υγείας. Κάλεσα την οδική βοήθεια λέγοντας πως έμεινε από μπαταρία αλλά δεν έχει πρόβλημα η μπαταρία αλλά είναι μηχανικό μιας και δεν φορτίζει αφού το είχα βάλει ήδη με καλώδια μπροστά. Μου στέλνουν μηχανή για οδική μιας και ο τηλεφωνητής άκουσε την λέξη μπαταρία και καταχώρισε στο σύστημα «πρόβλημα για μπαταρία». Μετά αφού ήρθε το Van και το φόρτωσε, του ζήτησα να πάρει την μητέρα μου μαζί του και εγώ θα πήγαινα με προαστιακό και με ΚΤΕΛ πίσω. Με ενημέρωσε πως δεν επιτρέπεται είναι πολιτική της εταιρίας, πράγμα που δεν μου το είπε κάνεις στο τηλέφωνο (υπάρχουν και ηχογραφήσεις). Εν τέλει μας άφησαν στον δρόμο. Αυτή είναι η πολιτική τους. Με πιστοποιητικά με μάσκα άνθρωπος με προβλήματα υγείας και τον αφήσατε στον δρόμο. Μπράβο σας!! If I could put 0 I would put it. 29/4 my car was left on Attiki Odos on the way to the airport, and I had my 64-year-old mother with me with health problems. I called the roadside assistance saying that it was left with a battery but the battery has no problem but it is mechanical since it does not charge since I had already put it with cables in front. They send me a machine for road since the answering machine heard the word battery and registered in the system "battery problem". After Van came and loaded it, I asked him to take my mother with him and I would go by suburban train and by KTEL back. He informed me that it is not allowed, it is the company's policy, which you did not tell me on the phone (there are also recordings). Eventually they left us on the road. This is their policy. With certificates with a mask man with health problems and you left him on the street. Well done!!

s	stelios pournaras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, I had a car accident when another driver hit my car from behind. I was waiting for almost 2 hours for the Europe "Assistance" to send someone to track down the incident. Eventually a guy arrived by a motorcycle and without even put off his helmet he waved me to go by my car to his side. Apparently I couldn't cause the other driver's car it wasn't in a position to move. So I waved him that I will stay where I am so he can come to us. He went under a shade 300m away and he was waiting. After a while I got a call and I let them know that we are not able to move our cars. By waiting 15min I tried to move to his side so to ask him to provide the assistance for the accident but he left. We never managed to talk. So I called again the Europe Assistance and after 30min they sent another driver to support me. The reason why the first driver didn't proceed with his job it was that he couldn't approach us. Btw we were on Vouliagmenis AVE and apparently totally approachable. This is exactly the facts. Now you can make your decisions however I made mine and definitely I will stay away from them the are totally unprofessional.
