★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very positive experience with Europerental. We rented a scooter for one day which was not at all expensive and decided to pay the extra insurance (6 EUR) to avoid all the possible risks. The staff was friendly and very helpful, we were even given tips on where to go on our one-day trip and discovered some nice beaches thanks to that. If we ever visit Crete again, we'd definitely go for Europerental :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short story: I’ve been robbed 50€ from the deposit for a buggy location under pretext it was dirty.
Long story: I would advice you to really avoid that place, let me explain my story. They will present to you very attractive prices at first sight, but you have to know they’re working with deposits. It can goes from 5000€ to 2000€ for a buggy. Obviously it’s a deposit that no one is likely able to put. Then they will present to you other options where the location is higher and the deposit lower. The last option seemed the more interesting, I accepted a cash deposit (400€) for a good reservation price. Be careful, when I came back in the evening to return the buggy, the responsible went out immediately and started his (usual ?) show by saying the car was really dirty and he was going to keep the caution. After some talks, the only thing he accepted to do was to keep 50€ from the deposits and let me leave the place. They also disable on purpose the fuel counter, like that you never know what's the status and then you fill it to not break down. And of course when you get the buggy it's fully empty, another way to win money behind your back. Run away from that place !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After comparing the different rental options on Cherssonisos this one stood out for its cheap prices and wide variety of options to rent. After renting an awesome klx dirtbike i discovered one of the blinkers was defect, i brought the bike back to the shop waiting for a blamegame to happen, but instead the friendly staff helped me out and got a new one installed within 5 minutes, and i was good to go!! Long story short:
Awesome prices, stock and personal! No regrets!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rental company has very good service and way of speaking to customers, the vehicles were very clean and well maintained when we picked them up. Before hand everything is explained clearly and you're asked to inspect the vehicle and take pictures around before taking it away so you can both see it is in good condition. The prices are fair and the people from Europerental could advice you on some nice spots around this area of Crete.
Be advised that if you take a vehicle with a lower than full gas meter you will have bring it back at the same level. The people at the fuel stations always fill them up all the way without asking even if you're not going to use all of the fuel before you bring it back, so maybe explicitly ask them to put in less than full if you will not use it. We had a misunderstanding about this with the rental company but it was settled with a good solution. ?
