★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέσα στα σοκάκια της Ανατολικής πλευράς της πόλης και σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την παραλία. Η αναπαλαίωση εξαιρετική με βιομηχανικές νότες, το κατάλυμα είναι πεντακάθαρο και οι ιδιοκτήτες δίνουν ρέστα στη φιλοξενία. Προσοχή όμως, υπάρχουν δύο διαφορετικά Evans Houses χωρητικότητας μέχρι 4 ατόμων που έχουν προκύψει από τη διαίρεση ενός μεγάλου διαμπερούς, αν τα λεφτά δεν είναι πρόβλημα προτιμήστε το ακριβότερο.
 Within the alleys on the east side of the city and within walking distance of the beach. Exquisite refurbishment with industrial notes, the property is spotless and the owners are welcoming. Be careful though, there are two different Evans Houses with a capacity of up to 4 people resulting from the division of a large airframe, if money is not a problem you prefer the most expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μείναμε για δύο βραδιά.. Ότι καλύτερο στην πόλη των Χανίων με διαφορά από πολλά άλλα που μείναμε στο παρελθόν... Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!!
We stayed for two nights .. The best in the city of Chania with a difference from many others we stayed in the past ... Highly recommended !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Evans House is the perfect apartment in Chania. It is located directly at the see and within walking distance to the old harbour and the old town. The apartment itself has a perfekt mix between modern architecture and the character of an old house. The owner is very kind and supportive. I truly recommend to book that place in order to have a pleasant stay in this wonderful town.
