★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μεγάλη αγένεια της ιδιοκτήτριας. Κράτησε τα λεφτά μας για δυο διανυκτερεύσεις, αφου προειδοποιήσαμε δεκα ημέρες πριν ότι λόγω covid δεν μπορούσαμε να ταξιδέψουμε! Το booking έδωσε τη δυνατότητα να ακυρώσουμε με ολική επιστροφή των χρημάτων, αλλά η ιδιοκτήτρια με μεγάλη αγένεια και αδιαφορία απέρριψε το αίτημα και προτίμησε να κρατήσει τα λεφτά, δίχως καν να μας δώσει τη δυνατότητα να διαμείνουμε στο κατάλυμα μια επόμενη φορά. Και ασθένεια και με μειον 126 ευρώ στην τσέπη, ενώ εκείνοι δεν άλλαξαν ούτε σεντόνι! Σίγουρα δεν το συστήνω σε κανέναν γιατί από κάτι τέτοια φαίνεται η ανθρωπιά και η ασυδοσία. Καλή τύχη και μπράβο που είστε πλουσιότεροι κατά 126 ευρώ. Πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση σου λέει μετά! Αδικία και προς το κατάλυμα στο Ρέθυμνο στο οποίο θα διαμέναμε πριν παμε Χανιά και δίχως καμία καθυστέρηση, επέστρεψαν το σύνολο του ποσού και μας ευχήθηκαν να γίνουμε καλά και να ανταμώσουμε μια επόμενη φορά. Καλή Τύχη στους άπληστους.-
 Great rudeness of the owner. Save our money for two nights, after we warned ten days ago that due to covid we could not travel! The booking allowed us to cancel with a full refund, but the owner with great rudeness and indifference rejected the request and preferred to keep the money, without even giving us the opportunity to stay in the accommodation one more time. And illness and with minus 126 euros in the pocket, while they did not even change a sheet! I certainly do not recommend it to anyone because something like this shows humanity and impunity. Good luck and well done that you are 126 euros richer. Customer-centric approach tells you later! Injustice to the accommodation in Rethymno where we would stay before going to Chania and without any delay, they returned the entire amount and wished us well and to meet again next time. Good Luck to the greedy.-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved every aspect of this place!! Located right in the center of the Old Town with the bars and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and Chrisa a wonderful host, being very efficient, friendly and fast responsive. We will for sure be returning to this beautiful city and booking the same apartment!!!
