J	Julieann fas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόραζα από το κατάστημα στην Ερυθραία για την οικογένεια. Πολύ όμορφο μαγαζί και ωραία προϊόντα, περριοστερο το κοτόπουλο. Ψωνίζω πλέον σπάνια για ένα λόγο μονάχα. Δεν έχω την ανθρώπινη επαφή με τον κρεοπωλη!!! Να μου πει τι ωραίο κομμάτι έχει σήμερα, η π. Χ. Θέλω χτένι κομμάτι και να μου το κόψει όπως θελω εγω. Γνωρίζω ότι μπωρο να πάρω τηλ κα να κάνω παραγγελία και να μου το ετοιμάσουν σχεδόν όπως θέλω. Το έχω κάνει... Αλλά εγώ θέλω την κλασσική παλιά σχέση με τον χασάπη. Απροσοπη εμπειρία στο μαγαζί σαν να αγοράζεις τσιγάρα ... Αν βάλουν χασάπη μέσα θα συνέχιζα να αγοραζα. I was buying from the shop in Eritrea for family. Very nice shop and nice products, more chicken. I rarely shop for one reason only. I have no human contact with the butcher !!! Tell me what a nice piece it has today, BC. I want a scallop and cut it as I want. I know that I can afford to order and have it ready just as I want it. I've done it... But I want the classic old relationship with the butcher. An in-store experience like buying cigarettes ... If they put a butcher in, I would continue to buy.

G	George Loukidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κριτική που ακολουθεί, δεν σχετίζεται με την εξυπηρέτηση κάποιου καταστήματος της εταιρείας «Ευβιότοποι», καθώς το προϊόν στο οποίο θα αναφερθώ παρακάτω, αγοράστηκε από online supermarket που πουλάει προϊόντα της εταιρείας «Ευβιότοποι». Αγόρασα πρόσφατα τρεις (3) συσκευασίες μοσχαρίσιο κιμά λάπα (Βόειος Κιμάς Λάπα Βιολογικός Ευβιότοποι) των 500γρ. η κάθε μία. Παραδόθηκαν στον χώρο μου σε προσεγμένη κατάσταση, vacuum sealed, κλπ. Όλα οκ μέχρι εδώ. Η μία συσκευασία των 500γρ. πήγε κατάψυξη. Ανοίγω τις άλλες δύο, χωρίζω τον κιμά σε δύο δόσεις, μία των 750γρ. για μπιφτέκια και μία των 250γρ. για σάλτσα κιμά. Φτιάχνω χθες τα μπιφτέκια και καθώς έτρωγα, μασάω κάτι πολύ σκληρό. Το βγάζω και το αφήνω στην άκρη. Στην αρχή λέω μπορεί να είναι κάποιο μπαχαρικό ή να έτυχε (αν και ότι μπαχαρικό έβαλα ήταν ψιλό αλεσμένο). 2-3 μπουκιές μετά, πάλι το ίδιο. Το βγάζω, το καθαρίζω για να για δω τι είναι και ήταν κοκκαλάκι. Ευτυχώς μετά δεν μου έτυχαν άλλα. Σήμερα, έβαλα τα υπόλοιπα 250γρ. για να φτιάξω κιμά με μακαρόνια. Σήμερα το μενού είχε και σκληρά νεύρα και κοκκαλάκια, και μάλιστα ήταν τόσο συχνά τα ευρήματα που τελικά τα μακαρόνια πετάχτηκαν και σερβιρίστηκε άλλη μερίδα με τυρί και κέτσαπ, χωρίς κιμά (πετάχτηκε), γιατί ήταν πολύ ενοχλητικό. Σπάνια γράφω κρητική και μάλιστα αρνητική. Κοκκαλάκια κ.α. συνήθως θα βρω σε κακής ποιότητας χωριάτικα λουκάνικα (όχι της εταιρείας αυτής). Σε κιμά δεν θυμάμαι να μου έχει συμβεί αυτό. Ο λόγος όμως που μπήκα στη διαδικασία να "γκρινιάξω", είναι γιατί όταν πληρώνεις 25€ για 1,5 κιλό μοσχαρίσιο κιμά ΛΑΠΑ (17€/κιλό) και έχει μέσα κοκκαλάκια και νεύρα, είναι επιεικώς απαράδεκτο. Άλλη μία φορά έχω πάρει κιμά της συγκεκριμένης εταιρείας και μου είχε βγει οκ τότε. Είχα ακούσει και καλά λόγια μάλιστα. Οπότε ενδεχομένως να έτυχε αυτή τη φορά. Ίσως αυτός που άλεσε τον κιμά, να βαριόταν να τον καθαρίσει πριν τον βάλει στη μηχανή. Ποιος ξέρει. Για τη γεύση δεν θα πω πολλά, γιατί είναι υποκειμενικό. Αλλά και έκπληκτος να είχα μείνει από τη γεύση (που δεν έμεινα), όταν σε κάθε 3-4 μπουκιές πρέπει να σταματάς και να προσπαθείς να βγάλεις το κοκκαλάκι...δεν πρόκειται να δοθεί έμφαση στη γεύση. Υποτίθεται ότι έχετε premium ποιότητας κρέας, γι αυτό λογικά και οι ιδιαίτερα υψηλές τιμές (κλασική περίπτωση με τα βιολογικά). Όμως premium και αλεσμένα κοκκαλάκια, νομίζω δεν πάνε μαζί. Μήπως να ελέγχετε καλύτερα τα προϊόντα σας, κατά την επεξεργασία τους; Μια ιδέα. Θα πέταγα και το μισόκιλο που έχει μείνει στην κατάψυξη αλλά δεν μου πάει να πετάξω τόσο ακριβό κιμά. Ας ελπίσουμε ότι αυτός δεν θα έχει μέσα εκπλήξεις... I open the other two, divide the minced meat into two portions, one of 750gr. for burgers and one of 250gr. for minced meat sauce. I make the burgers yesterday and while I was eating, I chewed something very hard. I take it out and leave it aside. At the beginning I say it may be a spice or it happened (although every spice I put was finely ground). 2-3 bites later, again the same. I take it out, I clean it to see what it is and it was a bone. Fortunately, nothing else happened to me after that. Today, I put the remaining 250gr. to make minced meat with spaghetti. Today the menu had hard nerves and bones, and in fact the findings were so frequent that eventually the spaghetti was thrown away and another portion of cheese and ketchup was served, without minced meat (thrown away), because it was very annoying. I rarely write Cretan and even negative. Bones etc. I will usually find in poor quality village sausages (not from this company). I do not remember this happening to me in minced meat. But the reason I entered the process to "grumble", is because when you pay 25 € for 1.5 kg of ground beef LAPA (17 € / kg) and it has bones and nerves, it is indulgently unacceptable. Another time I got minced meat from this company and it was ok then. I had even heard good words. So it probably happened this time. Maybe the one who ground the minced meat was bored to clean it before putting it in the machine. Who knows. I will not say much about the taste, because it is subjective. But I was also surprised by the taste (which I did not stay), when in every 3-4 bites you have to stop and try to remove the bone ... there will be no emphasis on the taste. You are supposed to have premium quality meat, so of course the very high prices (classic case with organic). But premium and ground bones, I think do not go together. Do you better control your products when processing them? An idea. I would throw away the half kilo left in the freezer but I do not want to throw away such expensive minced meat. Let's hope that he will not have any surprises inside ...
