β β β β β Good service, good car, good price. Daniel was very professional and explained everything understandable. He gave me a map and marked all intresting sightseeings. He picked me up and drove me back to my ressort without charge. It is also possible to get a car at the airport. Thx for everything. I wil rent again one of your cars.

β β β β β We made a reservation for 8 days. The rental went straightforward. I was informed when i made the reservation that there was a 500β¬ warranty for the car, with which i agreed and which i received back a few days after returning the car. The car was very nice, a Skoda citigo, clean, pretty new ( 15k km ). The price was good.
Overall a good experience with them. If i return to kefalonia i will rent again with them.

β β β β β Donβt go there! We booked a car for which we should wait 2 hours. When we came back, the offer was not valid anymore. The couldnβt give us another car and we had to start from the beginning.
In the end we spend 2 hours with waiting on the street/at the airport and one hour more with searching for another car, which costs much more than the offers you can find online.
Thanks for wasting our time :-(

β β β β β Great very clean car, great price, Daniel honoured our booking after Atlas Choice went bust, and even telephoned me late in the evening [UK] to let me know. We cannot fault, Daniel, the car or the company. We collected our car 150 metres from the airport terminal and Daniel and his staff could not have been more pleasant. Would thoroughly recommend.

β β β β β The office is a short trolley-case pull from Airport Arrivals. The staff were efficient and helpful and the car spotless. No more than I'd expect from any rental office. But Daniel and his team showed what they are made of when, (mis)guided by Google Maps, I dropped a wheel off a narrow road between olive groves. They arrived promptly, and pulled the vehicle out, undamaged, fortunately. Not only this but when I returned the car a day early due to a business-induced change of flights, they refunded me with a smile, although I didn't ask for it. Highly recommended.

β β β β β We arrived in Kephalonia to discover that the car I has booked months ago with another firm wasnβt available. Express Rental were open at midnight, had a car available at the same price and got us on our way with no fuss. Very easy to deal with and restored my faith. Daniel was the guy we dealt with (if his boss is reading this, heβs a top lad who did a great job to help us out at zero notice.)
I know who I will be using next time. Book with confidence.

β β β β β Avoid this company if you do not want to spend hours at the office when picking up the rented car! We have booked a car for 4 days and we had to go to Express Rent a car office to pick it up, we have been given a very old car (different make than we have booked) and after we drove away we released that the conditioner is not working. We turn back right away as for the expected 30 degrees that was really an issue for us when travelling around the island. The staff was behaving very unprofessional, asking us what expectation we have from an old car (even tho we paid as for renting a new car and also Β£800 from our credit card have been frozen as guarantee) , and when we said that we would like to have a different car they said that every other car is already booked and we have to wait but they cannot promise that they will change it. They were ignoring us for so long, and keep serving other customers till there was nobody left in the office and outside. In the end they said that there is only one option left and we can take it or the previous car. Avoid small unknown companies for renting a car for your holiday as it can give you challenging and unpleasant memories.

β β β β β Extremely trustworthy would definitely recommend. We hired a car through easyJet but was express car rental in Kefalonia. The manager/owner Daniel was so very helpful after our holiday had ended, I had a problem getting my deposit back from the bank and he sent all the necessary details really quickly. Thanks for helping me out Daniel, weβll definitely book through you on our next trip βΊοΈ
