★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible reception. Booked a standard room online that showed a kitchen, owner tried to argue that it was a studio only an tried to charge an extra €75 for a €35 room online... The whole place was vacant, and this is why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was dirty (we changed our room due to lot of dust) and not so comfortable. The toilet was out of order for more than 2 days (the owner said: "I need to fix it, but I don't know when..."). You can find nicely location in Kissamos, for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, super clean, all the family members are very nice, we had a great talk and became friends. Very close to beautiful Balos beach and other beaches as well. Nice small town with great greek food amd people. We had a wonderfull time!

Pictures on the internet like to look different from the truth. see for yourself in the pictures. we complained and got a new room immediately. the view was better. the room cleaner. but still not clean enough to be comfortable. very terrible. The joints in the bathroom of the new room were covered with mold. There was a bottle cap and cigarette ends in the drain. I don't say more about it. A no go for the price. I would have preferred to pay less than 5 euros per night
