★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible manager who is rude and shouting at staff continuously. Old bread in basket full of mold for breakfast. Kids not allowed to make noise in the pool during daytime. Hard bed, and If you don't want to sleep with A/C, barking dogs will keep you awake. Poor sound insulation from room above. The cleaners do a great job and deserve honours for enduring their boss.

Room was Clean & comfortable and staff friendly- the town is lovely, staff friendly and pool is great. Our room was noisy though - thin walls, and water pipes that run through the kitchenette from above, cranky air con = poor sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mirtilos s&a is a perfect place to relax .... We had the pleasure of spending 5 nights there last year in May. The breakfast with a fab view was amazing! Perfectly chilled beer by the pool with snacks and nice music is something we enjoyed every evening! You don't have to go to the city :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel in Kissamos. Very friendly staff, specially Stavros. He will help you literally with everything! Balconies with nice views, good swimming pool, and excellent location with parking for the hotel guests. And very well priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After days of sand and salt water, the pool was a welcome relief. The staff were great and the mattress quite comfort by comparison to others we slept on in this area. also great pool bar! Very short walk to some of Kissamos’s best restaurants nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As you arrive you can feel the kindness of the staff, Stavros (hope is the right way of writing) received us by introducing himself. Trying to do the check in he noticed we’ve booked for the next day, he managed to let us cancel the reservation by not paying the due amount and he made his own best to get a room ready for tonight at the same price! He has also worried about having made the bed in the greatest way! The room is huge, cool and very clean! I do really suggest this place that is beautiful! Thank you, you’re great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAMMERS! They took our money. We made a booking through booking.com which said on the day of our reservation that it had been cancelled. I called the hotel reception to make sure we still had the booking and they said we still have your room and we will see you later. After a long day travelling we arrive at the hotel for them to say we don't have a room. They gave someone else our room AND took all of the money from my account, refusing to give a refund even though we were turned away on arrival. Awful customer service, DO NOT GO HERE.
