β β β β β The guy opened the door to the agency aggressively asking βwhat do you want?β We said weβd like to book travel to Santorini and a few other islands. He stood there with indigent and irritated. We eventually said weβll find another agency to help us so closed the door and walked away. Would suggest anyone walks away from this company

β β β β β Iβm not sure where the positive reviews come from, but they cannot be real. We tried to use this agency to help with some island travel plans, and an aggressive man came to the door, and demanded that we explain what we wanted first. Apparently explaining that we wanted help bookings ferries and some island tours was not enough, and he demanded that we get specific about our travel plans. We eventually left, having failed to explain our travel plans to Naxos, Paros and Crete with enough detail to be allowed in. Although to be clear, if we had known with that much detail before being let in, we would not have needed an agency to help in the first place. Bizarre.
Also, not typical of what we normally experience in Greece. Clearly, someone was having a terrible day.

β β β β β Switch and bait!! Gave me a quote for several dates and when I inquired about a longer trip they increased their original quote. I felt completely taken advantage of. I would never book with them based on ethics alone. Use with caution.

β β β β β Our travel agent, Paula, has been absolutely fantastic. She and my wife worked out a great itinerary. Paula made some really good suggestions to our plans that we agreed to and we weren't disappointed. She kept in contact with us through our whole trip to make sure things ran smoothly. She kept track of our transportation and when a ferry was canceled she re-booked us on a different ferry. Throughout the whole trip they had people meeting us when we arrived and people to pick us up to get us to our next destination. Their whole staff, like Thanasis, were very friendly, professional and courteous. They thoroughly answered all of our questions. In fact all of their collaborators were highly professional and puntual. When we had a car issue,, the car rental agency had someone there within 35 minutes and we were on our way within 90 minutes. They had all the hotel,ferry and car rental vouchers prepared for us. When you are in a country where you don't speak the language or don't know the customs this could be the difference between a great vacation or a potential disaster.

β β β β β An important trip for us as it was to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary. Fantasy's strength is in understanding their customers as is evidenced by our numerous exchanges before settling on the final itinerary. Our mainland road trip (Corinth, Nafplion, Pylos, Olympia, Delphi, Meteora), Athens and then the Islands (Santorini, Naxos, Paros) all seamless travel. Also in maintaining communication (ferry time changes, minor adjustments). The hotels all exceeded our expectations, most with spectacular views, but more importantly were located slightly away from tourist congestion while within walking distance of the centres. Our Athens tour guide Panagiotis, who was delightful company for the ten hours we spent with him over the two days, was as informative as he was enthusiastic. Fantasy collaborators on each of the Islands met us with information packages and recommended highlights to visit. A special thanks to our overall tour planner Eleni but also to Rosana, Thanasis and Victoria for accompanying us on the Athens transfers. We have successfully used custom tour organizers in a number of countries but this tops them all.

β β β β β Litsa at Fantasy travel arranged a perfect 22 day tour for us in Greece. She arranged hotels, ferries and a car rental. We couldn't have been more pleased with Fantasy. When high winds disrupted our travel ferry between Paros and Mykonos, Litsa had the local Paros travel agent book us a new route.
