Versus Travel - Travel Agency (Athens, Glyfada, Thessaloniki, Cyprus) - Filellinon 7

We visited Kenya last year and our experience was excellent. A big thank you to versus team for their professionalism, guidance and services.

Unique service. Best tourist agency in Greece by far.

Very bad experience. I contacted them twice via e-mail to ask information regarding a trip in Morocco and they did not answer. After this failed attempt, i went to their offices and asked the questions I had in person. They reassured me that they would call me the next day to provide me the information I wanted but they did never call me. Really bad services for such a known travel agency.

Well organized travel service, specializing in group travel worldwide.

They offer the minimum service overpriced. Non renovated hotel rooms and non heating at 8 degrees for cost minimization, non direct flights with endless hours of transit apparently for some extra profit. Poor travel agent experience, excellent tour leader though.

The customer service is at best mediocre. I asked for a quote to organise a personal trip and I’m yet to hear back from them in over 6 weeks. So I decided to shy away from planning it and booking with them.

As a lot of people already mention they have a really bad customer service . This is a comment for the administration of this company and the managing team . Either you chose all bad employees or you are paying your employees very low and do not treat them well. I called for an organized - private trip you had in your web site . They told me to send an email and I will get an answer in 1 week. I wrote a detailed email with all the info- dates and changes I needed so I can get your offer . After 1 week I called and spoke to the person in charge. After 1 week he didn't even read my email. His first reaction was : Do we have such a trip ? - yes obviously it is in your web site . Then his next question :Do you think that this trip is possible ??? My answer: If it is not why you have it in your site ???? Then after I answered all his negative questions and tried to convince him that this trip is possible (first time in my life I had to convince the seller that he can sell his product ) he said to me , I will try but if I don't answer you in 1 week means we cannot .Of course he didn't answer . My answer to Versus travel and your employee : In 2 days I managed to book everything by myself in a very good price (close to the price I believe you will offer me with the additions I requested) . Really sad that you spend all this money to advertisement in tv etc.. and not to your actual people and customer service.
