Πολύ ακριβό για τη ποιότητα κ την κατασκευή τους.Το ένα τακούνι ήταν τελείως στραβό κ αναγκάστηκα να τα πάω σε τσαγκάρη , ο οποίος και ο ίδιος μου είπε πόσο πρόχειρα κατασκευασμένο είναι. Δεν το προτείνω. I bought a heel sandal for an event. Very expensive for their quality and construction. One heel was completely crooked and I had to take it to a shoemaker, who himself told me how rough it is. I do not recommend it.
N	Niko Man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέτρια ποιότητα κατασκευής αλλά σημαντικότερο είναι η πολύ κακή συμπεριφορά των ιδιοκτητών αυτής της οικογενειακής επιχείρησης προς τους πελάτες τους αλλά και προς τους εργαζόμενους τους. Πραγματικά τα υποδήματα που φτιάχνουν παράγονται με αίμα και υπό καθεστώς ψυχολογικής βίας μέσα σε ένα πολύ τοξικό περιβάλλον. Είναι που είναι τα πράγματα δύσκολα στην βιομηχανία παραγωγής υποδημάτων αυτοί εδώ όμως παίρνουν το βραβείο.... Moderate quality of construction but more important is the very bad behavior of the owners of this family business towards their customers and their employees. Indeed, the shoes they make are produced with blood and under a regime of psychological violence in a very toxic environment. It's that things are difficult in the footwear industry, but here they get the award ....
Χ	Χριστίνα Τσαντήλα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα νυφικά παπούτσια τα οποία μου έφτιαξαν λάθος. Αν και για ώρα προσπαθούσαν να με πείσουν ότι αυτό το ύφασμα είχα διαλέξει, παραδέχτηκαν πως αυτό που είχα δει δεν υπήρχε πια και χρησιμοποιουσαν ένα παρόμοιο στη θέση του, το οποίο όμως ειχε διαφορά. Μου πρότειναν να μου επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα ή να μου φτιάξουν καινούρια και επέλεξα το δεύτερο, επειδή μου άρεσαν τα σχέδιά τους και δεν έβρισκα λόγο να πάω αλλού, από τη στιγμή που έγινε απλως ένα ανθρώπινο λάθος. Η πρώτη υπεύθυνη μου εγγυήθηκε (ημέρα Παρασκευή) ότι σε 5 εργάσιμες θα ήταν έτοιμα. Δευτέρα πρωί με παίρνει άλλη υπεύθυνη και αφού και πάλι μου έλεγε με αυστηρό ύφος ότι αυτό το ύφασμα είχα διαλέξει, μου ανακοίνωσε ότι δεν προλαβαίνουν να μου τα φτιάξουν γιατί χρειάζονται 10 μέρες και κλείνουν για διακοπές. Καμία αντιπρόταση, καμία προσπάθεια για εξυπηρέτηση, ούτε καν να μου πουν αν θέλω να μου τα φτιάξουν αργότερα, αφού υπήρχε χρόνος. Μάλιστα, άκουσα και παρατηρήσεις όπως "πρέπει να κάτσουμε να πεθάνουμε για ένα παπούτσι;" και "εμάς αυτό το ζευγάρι θα μας μείνει τώρα!", σα να έφταιγα εγώ. Μετά από αρκετή φασαρία, η πρώτη υπεύθυνη (εξαρχής ευγενική) μου ζήτησε συγνώμη και παραδέχτηκε και πάλι οτι εκείνοι είχαν την ευθύνη για το λάθος ύφασμα, ενώ μου επέτρεψε άμεσα τα χρήματα. I ordered bridal shoes which were made by me wrong. Although for a while they tried to convince me that I had chosen this fabric, they admitted that what I had seen no longer existed and used a similar one in its place, but it made a difference. They offered me a refund or a new one and I chose the latter because I liked their designs and had no reason to go anywhere, since it was just a human error. The first person in charge guaranteed me (Friday) that in 5 working days they would be ready. On Monday morning, another person in charge took me and after telling me again in a strict manner that I had chosen this fabric, he announced to me that they did not manage to fix it for me because it takes 10 days and they close for holidays. No counter-suggestion, no effort to serve, not even to tell me if I want to be fixed later, since there was time. In fact, I heard remarks like "should we sit down to die for a shoe?" and "this couple will stay with us now!", as if it were my fault. After some fuss, the first person in charge (polite from the beginning) apologized to me and admitted again that they were responsible for the wrong fabric, while he immediately allowed me the money.
T	Thania Voulgari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν κανω συχνα κριτικες, αλλα δεν ξανα αντιμετωπισα τετοια προσβολη και παραπλανηση στη ζωη μου!!! Η γυναικα που απανταει στις κλησεις μιλαει χωρις ιχνος σεβασμου στην ανθρωπινη οντοτητα με φρασεις τυπου: "Ασε μας κυρα μου, και τι θες να σου κανω τωρα, εγω τα πηρα τα λεφτα? Βρες τα με το καταστημα που τα παρηγγειλες, ο αντρας σου δεν ξερει τι του γινεται, αν ηξερε τη δουλεια του θα πρεπε να ξερει να μετραει (ανεφερα οτι ο αντρας μου ως τσαγκαρης μετρησε ακριβως το υψος που τακουνιου που διαφερει πολυ απο αυτο που ισχυριζονται) ενω της μιλουσα και αυτη, συνομιλουσε επιδεικτικα με τη συναδελφο της με σκοπο να δειξει οτι δε θελει να με ακουσει.. Οχι απλα δεν εμεινα ευχαριστημενη αλλα δυστυχως αγορα προιον που δεν ηθελα αναγκαστικα, γιατι εδωσα χρηματα (109€) και δεν αναγνωριζουν το λαθος τους I do not criticize often, but I have never faced such insult and deception in my life !!! The woman who answers the calls speaks without a trace of respect for the human entity with type phrases: "Tell us, my lady, what do you want me to do to you now, did I take the money? Find it at the store where you ordered it, your husband does not know what is happening to him, if he knew his job he should know how to count" ( I mentioned that my husband as a shoemaker measured exactly the height of the heel which is very different from what they claim) while I was talking to her, she was talking ostentatiously with her colleague in order to show that she does not want to hear me .. Not only was I not happy but unfortunately I bought a product that I did not necessarily want, because I gave money (109 €) and they do not recognize their mistake

Για την αντοχή στον χρόνο...θα δείξει. For a women's boot of 95 €, I think that the work in the sole could be better. The photos are from both shoes. For the endurance of time ... it will show.
