★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο! Κάναμε αγορά 26/3/2022 ύψους 93€. Μεταξύ άλλων και 6 self. χρησιμοποιήσαμε το πρώτο και η ποιότητα ήταν και μη χειρότερα. Τότε προσέξαμε την τιμή 4,90€ / τεμάχιο !!! Δηλαδή 6 τεστ 29,40€ !!!! Αν είναι δυνατόν!!! Ζήτησα να μου αλλάξουν τα πέντε που απέμειναν (μόλις μια ώρα μετά την αγορά και με άθικτη συσκευασία). Όταν μου είπαν ότι δεν έχουν άλλη μάρκα ζήτησα να τα επιστρέψω και να μου δώσουν τα χρήματα και μου αρνήθηκαν. Επιχείρημα "εσείς μας τα ζητήσατε" λες και υπήρχε περίπτωση να μου πουλήσουν κάτι χωρίς να το ζητήσω. Δεύτερο επιχείρημα "αν παίρνατε κάτι από το Βασιλόπουλο θα μπορούσατε να το ζητήσετε πίσω;". Μου πρότειναν μάλιστα να πάω εκεί να μου κάνουν αυτοί το self για να μου αποδείξουν την καλή ποιότητα (ωραίο self θα ήταν αυτό). Δεν έχουν ακούσει φαίνεται ποτέ για αναστροφή πώλησης...
ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΕΣ της λογικής "στο φόρτωσα ας πρόσεχες τι αγόραζες"
Unacceptable! We made a purchase on 26/3/2022 amounting to € 93. Among others, 6 self. we used the first one and the quality was not worse. Then we noticed the price € 4.90 / piece !!! That is, 6 tests € 29.40 !!!! If possible!!! I asked to change the remaining five (just one hour after purchase and with intact packaging). When they told me they had no other brand I asked them to return it and give me the money and they refused. Argument "you asked us for it" as if there was a case when they sold me something without asking. Second argument "if you took something from Vasilopoulos could you ask for it back?". They even suggested that I go there and they would do the self for me to prove the good quality (that would be a nice self). They have never heard of a sales reversal ...
UNACCEPTABLE PROFESSIONALS of the logic "I loaded it, let me be careful what you buy"
