Εγώ και η οικογένεια μου είμαστε παλιοί πελάτες, πάνω από 5 χρόνια, αγοράζουμε κυρίως από αυτό το φαρμακείο και σήμερα το πρωί που πήγα να πάρω ένα φάρμακο είπα σε μια από τις καινούργιες κοπέλες που έχουν προσλάβει ότι 'έχω 30 ευρώ μετρητά και κάρτα' και αυτή αμέσως με έκοψε και μου λέει υποτιμητικά: 'δεν μπορώ να σου κάνω τόσο μεγάλη έκπτωση' (το φάρμακο Regain έκανε 39,35€). Και μετά της είπα ότι εννοούσα να πληρώσω τα 30 μετρητά και τα υπόλοιπα κάρτα και αυτή δε μου είπε ούτε ένα συγγνώμη για την απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά της! Της είπα επίσης ότι 'είμαι πελάτης σας και ποτέ δε ζήτησα να μου κάνετε έκπτωση' και αυτή μου απάντησε απλά 'το ξέρω'. Σας ευχαριστώ για την απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά σας κύριε Αρχοντάκη και λοιποί συνεργάτες! Ειδικά σε παλιούς σας πελάτες που σας έχουν δώσει τόσα χρήματα! Καλύτερα να πηγαίνετε να αγοράζετε σε μικρότερα φαρμακεία με πιο ανθρώπινη αντιμετώπιση.
Unacceptable treatment. My family and I are old customers, over 5 years old, we mainly buy from this pharmacy and this morning when I went to get a medicine I said to one of the new girls who has hired 'I have 30 euros cash and card' she immediately cut me off and says to me in a derogatory way: 'I can't give you such a big discount' (Regain drug made 39.35 €). And then I told her that I meant to pay the 30 cash and the rest of the card and she didn't even apologize for her unacceptable behavior! I also told her that 'I am your customer and I never asked for a discount' and she simply replied 'I know'. Thank you for your unacceptable behavior Mr Archontakis and other partners! Especially to your old customers who have given you so much money! Better go shopping at smaller pharmacies with a more humane approach.
