Πήγα Κυριακή για να κάνω rapid test, καθώς ηταν το εφημερεύον της γειτονιάς μου και επειδή της τελείωσαν τα rapid και ήταν πολύ εκνευρισμένη για άγνωστο λόγο με ρώτησε με αγενέστατο και έντονο τρόπο «Γιατί αφήνετε τα rapid σας τελευταία στιγμή» που κατά την δίκη μου γνώμη δεν είναι κάτι που αφορά την εν λόγω κυρια!
Εν ολίγοις η κυρια δεν έδειξε το παραμικρό δείγμα επαγγελματισμού, ώστε απλά να απαντήσει ότι της τελείωσαν τα rapid και να συνεχίσουμε και οι δυο την μέρα μας.
Αντιθέτως πρόσβαλλε εν δυνάμει πελάτη αφήνοντας όλον της τον αρνητικό συναισθηματισμό να την κυριεύσει.
 Quite rude staff! Mostly the old blonde lady.
I went on Sunday to do a rapid test, as she was on duty in my neighborhood and because she ran out of rapid and she was very upset for an unknown reason she asked me in a very rude and intense way "Why do you leave your rapid at the last minute" which in my opinion is not something that concerns this lady!
In short, the lady did not show the slightest sign of professionalism, so that she could simply answer that she was finished fast and we could both continue our day.
On the contrary, she potentially offended a client, leaving all her negative emotions to dominate her.
