B	Bianca Yolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση, χρόνια πελάτισσα. Ο,τι χρειαζομουν το είχαν και αν όχι το παρήγγειλαν και την ίδια μέρα ήταν διαθέσιμο. Κάθε φορά που κάποιο φάρμακο είχε έλλειψη, ήταν το μόνο φαρμακείο που είχε μερικά αποθέματα. Φέτος στην αρχή της πανδημίας ήταν το μόνο φαρμακείο που κατάφερε να έχει μάσκες όλων των ειδών με πολύ χαμηλές τιμές αγοράς, όταν όλα τα φαρμακεία δεν διέθεταν καθόλου. Αξίζει πολλά αυτό το φαρμακείο, μπράβο!! ❤️ Excellent service, long time customer. They had everything I needed and if not they ordered it and it was available the same day. Whenever a drug was in short supply, it was the only pharmacy that had a few stocks. This year at the beginning of the pandemic it was the only pharmacy that managed to have masks of all kinds at very low market prices, when not all pharmacies had them at all. This pharmacy is worth a lot, well done !! ❤️

Helpful staff with knowledge ..Very positive impressions solved a problem I had for years..Although it is far from the area where I live I do not change them with tpt .. Η υπεροψία στο πρόσωπο του προσωπικού είναι ιδιαίτερα αισθητή.Να μην αναφερθώ και στον τρόπο αντιμετώπισης των παιδιών ιδίως με τα self test. Τουλάχιστον ντροπιαστικό! Disappointing behavior and at the same time a sinister style. Self-facing personnel is particularly noticeable. Do not refer to how to deal with children in particular with Self Test. At least embarrassed!

I am a colleague (PharmD) and one thing I am wondering about is how such terrible pharmacies stay in business! The male pharmacist(?) who was there lacks both basic hygiene practices and people skills. Finds normal for me to trust him with opened products that could have easily been tampered with. A disgrace! I wouldn’t trust him with anything let alone my health and hygiene. To top it all, their parapharmaceutical products are 30%-50% more expensive than other pharmacies even in downtown Thessaloniki. I am advising local friends and family to abstain from this place; thankfully, there are plenty of pharmacies around who would appreciate the business and would treat customers respectfully without patronizing them. Avoid this place at any cost if you value customer service and basic human decency!
