★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραιος φαρος αλλα δυστυχώς δεν κατάφερα να τον προσεγγισω ποιο κοντά! Μπερδευτεικα λιγουλάκι με το μονοπάτι, παντως εστω και απο μακρυα, ειχε την ομορφιά του!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένας από τους πιο όμορφους πετρόκτιστους τετράγωνους φάρους της χώρας μας που χτίστηκε το 1870 από την Γαλλική Εταιρεία Οθωμανικών Φάρων . Το ύψος του πύργου του είναι 9 μέτρα και το εστιακό του ύψος είναι 32 μέτρα. Η διαδρομή προς το Φάρο γίνεται από τον ασφαλτοστρωμένο δρόμο (περίπου 15 λεπτά από τον Πόρο) και συνεχίζει με μονοπάτι που είναι βατό.
 One of the most beautiful stone square lighthouses in our country built in 1870 by the French Society of Ottoman Lighthouses. The height of its tower is 9 meters and its focal height is 32 meters. The route to the lighthouse is from the asphalt road (about 15 minutes from Poros) and continues with a path that is passable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a great, not-too-short hike to get there (you want regular shoes though, not sandals), starting from a sign next to the road that can be easily missed. Then, every time when you sail around Poros, you can fingerpoint the small yellow building on the dramatic headland. There's a beatiful tiny pebble beach along the trail, unfortunately it is not crystal clear - perfect to wash the feet :)
