f	francesca chantz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω πραγματοποιήσει παραγγελία (σετ ρούχων πετρολ 34€) εδώ και ένα μήνα ( αρχές Μαρτίου 2022) , έστελνα emails για κατάσταση παραγγελίας, δεν μου απαντήσουν, μετά από καιρό επιτέλους με ενημέρωσαν ότι είναι ελαττωματικό το σετ. Ζήτησα επιστροφή χρημάτων και δεν μου απαντήσουν ποτέ, κάλεσα στο σταθερό (01/04/22)απάντησαν την πρώτη φορά είπαν θα το κοιτάξουν και δεν με ξαναπήραν πίσω ποτέ! Την ίδια μέρα κάλεσα στο σταθερό πάνω από 20 φορές χωρίς καμία απάντηση, κάλεσα και σήμερα χωρίς καμία απάντηση. Πρόκειται για ένα σεβαστό ποσό και δεν μπορώ να βρω το δίκιο μου , είναι πολύ κρίμα να μην σε σέβονται!!! Ενημερωμένο 05/04/2022 Την Κυριακή 03/04/22 μου απάντησαν ότι θα μου επιστραφούν τα χρήματα ,και σήμερα 05/04/2022 η επιστροφή χρημάτων ήταν επιτυχής! Σας Ευχαριστώ! I have placed an order (petrol clothes set 34 €) for a month now (beginning of March 2022), I was sending emails for order status, they did not respond, after a while they finally informed me that the set is defective. I asked for a refund and they never answered me, I called the landline (01/04/22) they answered the first time they said they would look at it and they never took me back! On the same day I called the landline more than 20 times without any answer, I called today without any answer. This is a respectable amount and I can not find my right, it is a pity that they do not respect you !!! Updated 05/04/2022 On Sunday 03/04/22 I was told that my money will be refunded, and today 05/04/2022 the refund was successful! Thank you!
