D	DI MAK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή ποιότητα ρούχων σε σχεση με την τιμη τους. Όλα κακοραμμενα, καταστρέφονται πολύ γρήγορα, στενεύουν στο πλύσιμο, ξεθωριάζουν. Μου έδωσαν δυο φορές ελαττωματικό πουκάμισο και την τελευταία φορά που το επεστρεψα, προσπάθησαν να με ξεγελάσουν δίνοντας μου το πουκάμισο σε μικρότερο νουμερο. Επιεικώς απαράδεκτοι! Οι κοπελες στο κατάστημα Cosmos αγενείς!! Ποτε ξανά για κανένα λόγο.- Very poor quality of clothes in terms of their price. All the bad ones, they are destroyed very quickly, they are washed away, they fade away. They gave me a defective shirt twice, and the last time I returned, they tried to fool me into giving me a smaller shirt. Totally unacceptable! The girls in the Cosmos store are rude !! E	Ellada Karypidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα σχολιάσω μόνο το προσωπικό του καταστήματος το οποίο ήταν απαράδεκτο, λυπάμαι που το λέω και ίσως αδικώ ορισμένα άτομα, αλλά εγώ και στα δύο καταστήματα, Τσιμισκή και Μητροπόλεως, είδα μία συμπεριφορά που με έκανε να νιώσω ότι κακώς μπήκα σε αυτό το κατάστημα. Πιο συγκεκριμένα 28/7/2020 γύρω στις 16:00 μπήκα στο κατάστημα στην Τσιμισκή ήταν μία κοπέλα μελαχρινή ψηλή και μία ξανθιά, η ξανθιά λοιπόν αφού με είδε από πάνω μέχρι κάτω με ύφος μου είπε ότι δεν έχουν φορέματα για εμένα....., λυπάμαι αλλά τέτοιες συμπεριφορές είναι τουλάχιστον για καταγγελία, επίσης στο κατάστημα στην Μητροπόλεως, αφού είπα στην υπάλληλο τι ψάχνω μου είπε έρχομαι σε λίγο, ήταν απασχολημένη με άλλη πελάτισσα, μαντέψτε! ποτέ δεν μου απάντησε αν έχουν αυτό που ψάχνω, ποτέ δεν ήρθε να μου πει ότι δεν έχουν αυτό που ψάχνω. Έφυγα και από τα δύο καταστήματα με άσχημη διάθεση. Ελπίζω αυτοί οι υπάλληλοι να μην κάνουν και άλλους να νιώσουν άσχημα όπως εγώ, ήθος και ευγένεια είναι υποχρεωτικά και κανένας δεν έχει το δικαίωμα να προσβάλει κανέναν. I will only comment on the staff of the store which was unacceptable, I am sorry to say that and maybe some people are wrong, but I in both stores, Tsimiski and Mitropoleos, saw a behavior that made me feel that I entered this store incorrectly. More specifically, 28/7/2020 around 16:00 I entered the store in Tsimiski, there was a tall brunette girl and a blonde, so the blonde after seeing me from top to bottom in style told me that they have no dresses for me .... ., I'm sorry but such behaviors are at least for complaint, also in the store in Mitropoleos, after I told the employee what I'm looking for he told me I'm coming soon, she was busy with another client, guess what! he never answered me if they have what I am looking for, he never came to tell me that they do not have what I am looking for. I left both stores in a bad mood. I hope these employees do not make others feel bad like me, morality and courtesy are mandatory and no one has the right to offend anyone.
Δ	ΔΗΜΗΤΡΑ ΣΟΛΩΜΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη, η κοπέλα ήταν εκεί για κάθε τι που χρειαζόμουν,να με κουμπώσει, να πάρει τα ρούχα που είχα δοκιμάσει, ακόμη κι αν εξυπηρετούσε κι άλλες κοπέλες. Ότι υπάρχει μέσα είναι κομμάτια ένα προς ένα. Η κάθε σειρά ρούχων για όποια περίσταση είναι καταπληκτική! Θα βρεις αυτό που τελικά θες και δεν το ήξερες! Πολλά μπράβο τους! ??? The service was impeccable, the girl was there for everything I needed, to button me up, to get the clothes I had tried on, even if she was serving other girls. What is inside are pieces one by one. Each line of clothes for any occasion is amazing! You will find what you finally want and did not know! Many congratulations to them! ???
S	Sophia Gavriilidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγαμε με την κόρη μου στο κατάστημα της Μητροπόλεως, δεν μας χαιρέτησαν, δεν μας ρώτησαν πως μπορούν να μας εξυπηρετήσουν, με λίγα λόγια δεν μας έδωσαν καμμία σημασία! Ήμασταν σχεδόν ένα τέταρτο στο κατάστημα ψάχνοντας μόνες μας να βρούμε αυτό που θέλαμε και οι δύο πωλητριες μας προσπερνούσαν σαν να μην υπάρχουμε.... φύγαμε φυσικά!!!! Ήταν μία νεαρή κοπέλα και μια λίγο πιο μεγάλη και οι δύο μέσα στο ύφος και στην αγένεια....κρίμα γιατί έχουμε πάει και σε άλλα καταστήματα της zini και στην Θεσσαλονίκη και στην Αθήνα και δεν έχουμε αντιμετωπίσει τέτοια αγενή συμπεριφορά!!!!! Λυπάμαι πολύ, η ευγένεια είναι δείγμα πολιτισμού και εδώ μάλλον δεν υπήρχε!!!! Αγόρασα παλτό στην τιμή των 275 ευρώ και γέμισε παντού γρουμπαλακια μέσα στον μισό χρόνο χωρίς να το εχω βάλει πλυντήριο φυσικά κ χωρίς να γίνει κακη χρήση του ρούχου. Απαράδεκτο. Δεν θα επενδυσω ξανά τόσα χρήματα στην συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία. The quality of the clothes is poor in relation to their price. I bought a coat at the price of 275 euros and filled it everywhere in half a year without putting it in the washing machine, of course, and without misusing the clothes. Unacceptable. I will not invest so much money in this company again.
