T	TechGuru Andrew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the parcel was delivered with delay,after a month they send me a letter that I must pay a fee, something like a threatening letter, inform the customer before delivery if he will accept the debt so that customs clearance can proceed, as do many other companies such as UPS, DHL generally give you the opinion that they do not know how to work, away from it the company,DONT PAY THEM ARE WRONG.
G	G. Chris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just awful. I bought something from China and got a letter weeks later that I had overdue fees with them. No word from the delivery driver or anyone that fees were due at the time of delivery or how to pay them. The web address for further details in the letter is down. I called to inquire and their main line was down as well, so I emailed them. Didn't hear back, so I called again. In the meantime they sent me a second letter! The amount is for customs taxes and such, which is fine, but surely one of the largest transport companies in the world must have a better way of doing things! They admonish me for an overdue invoice, when I didn't know it existed in the first place or how to take care of it proactively! I will pay the amount, as that is not the issue, but the way FedEx communicates with its customers and asks for payments is unacceptable. Furthermore, it can only be paid via bank transfer, so additional fees in that. I will not be using them again. PS. And why is the letter in English? Yes, I speak it, but I live in Greece. The official language here is Greek.

My bf and I were both home ALL DAY, and just saw a notice that they didn't find someone and that there will be no other attempt to deliver the package! They say they will hold the package for just 5 days and I have to drive at least 15km to the nearest shop, which I'm not even sure if it's there! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Firstly their charges vary from initial agreed fees, or booking price from their own platform. Their invoicing at the end of the map is complicated and purposely confusing in order to hide the magnitude of the overcharges. They are incapable to send me a correct and clear balance sheet.
P	Paschalis Dadoulis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No matter what UPS or DHL does (always on time), Fedex never but NEVER ships on time lately, tracking status shows/reports on time but shipment is still in Italy today, but supposed to be delivered today in Greece!! First shipment two months ago, excuse was that fedex unites with TNT, 2nd shipment this week, same results!!!
A	Anestis Kivranoglou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KEEP AWAY! This company seems to have serious operational issues. In detail. I won't mention HUGE delays of 2 months for EXPRESS parcels. Nor the outsourcing of customs handling and of course paying to external partners WITHOUT our consent!!! Last day i found a warning letter on my ELTA postbox (ELTA!! how funny is that), that the company is going to prosecute me via external dept. collecting agency for unpaid invoices, mentioning just an invoice number and nothing more!!!! I have no idea for which invoice is the debt and why! I have never received the actual invoice! No-one has ever communicated with me via phone about the invoice. I have not received the warning letter in person at least from FedEx courier. The warning does not even have a phone number to call!!! Just an email which i have replied to and NO-ONE responds!!!! Calling to FedEx headquarters in Greece they say that they cannot connect me with the responsible department!!! In general i am in dept. , without knowing the reasons and can't do nothing about it! This is ridiculous ....

They have 2 of our parcels missing or as they said ''no idea when will be delivered'' as there are thousands of parcels stuck or lost or missing in Paris C.D.G airport for 4 weeks now. They cannot even give us a date or confirm that they still have them but ironically it's not officially lost yet...We are in the medical sector and the damage is beyond any compensation.
G	Gillian Lawler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars. If you are ordering something outside of Europe to Greece do not use FedEx! It’s sad that they have chosen to partner with an unethical company called Orbit Couriers SA (read its Google reviews) for customs clearance here in Greece. They will attempt to hold your goods until you pay extortionate made up fees - in my case €257 on a package valued at €199. My advice….give them nothing and request ‘return to sender’ if your package isn’t essential. FedEx Greece, you should be better than this.
