★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company, my brother from Canada tried to send some used and invalid phones, and he paid the cost of sending there. It became more than a month that we could not receive it, and then they ask for more than two hundred euros, do we buy the package? We wrote the invoice, and it was clear that the phones were not working.

1. Have been working with them for almost 2 year with zero issues
2. All my shipments are delivered on time
3. I have full control of the shipment, even while in transit
4. The staff is very polite
Should be an example for other Greek couriers like ACS & UPS Greece ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They came to leave the package, but because there was a problem with the doorbell, they didn't even try to contact me through telephone or email to let me know it arrived, and I was waiting for one month until I was notified or was able to find any sort of information on the arrival. This is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have attended FedEx premises at Markopoulo. Unfortunately it was a bit unclear of the process to follow up for a parcel to UK (recent changes, non Europe, etc.) The people were very friendly and supportive to resolve the issue. Company instructions to reflect regulations and costing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't recommend using FedEx at Greece - they delayed my 2-days express letter delivery by extra 3 days + were not even updating its status properly (I needed to call them to know it).
And when I described to them all the troubles that such delay caused to me and that I won't be able to get my letter before my departure from Greece then since they are not working on weekend either, they promised to try to help me to organize the delivery to another place and call me back, but simply ignored me...
Definitely the worst experience I've ever had with FedEx! I should have read all the reviews below before deciding to use FedEx at Greece :((
