C	Christos Chasapopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver of the van was very polite when we talked on the phone. I informed him that I would pick up the parcel from their headquarters. Next morning I visit the place, you have to ring the bell to get the entrance bar lifted to enter by car, them ring a se one bell to get the main entrance opened where by my surprise you have to sign in a book named "Book for STAFF presence" and complete name, time in, time out and sign. Of course after getting the parcel, there is no sign letting you know that you have to drive around the building to get the bar lifted automatically... So I had to return and ring the bell again to have someone inform me... Not happy. The delivery was flawless, that's a great plus of course

Β	Βασιλειος Μαλτας on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was notified of a parcel that had arrived at my home but wasn’t there to receive it . Arranged ( and was promised ) for delivery the next day . The next day , While waiting the designated 3 hour period for delivery No one shows up . I called and talked with a employee and she said she would arrange it and call me back personally. She NEVER did . Instead I received an email that I would have the parcel delivered the next day ... a few hours later I received an email that I would receive the parcel another TWO days later ... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. IM NOT GOING BE AROUND TO RECEIVE TO THE PARCEL AS IM LEAVING FOR VACATION AS I HAD STRESSED TO FEDEX. I HAVE NOTIFIED THE PERSON THAT HAS SENT IT AND FEDEX CAN DEAL WITH HIM IN THE USA WHEN THEY HAVE TO RETURN IT ..DONT TRUST FEDEX OUT OF THE USA THEY ARE WORSE . Definitely my worse experience with a courier company .

I have made big publicity everywhere in Greece and in Belgium on Facebook and social media for people not to use FedEx in Greece! For 43€ goods from Japan they employ other courier company Orbit to clear customs!??? They charged 121€ for that and it took 10 days after I payed to bring the goods from Athens to Thessaloniki! Unbelievable!! I called FedEx in Belgium and was told very politely that the costs for clearing customs FedEx charges are 13€ + the VAT on those 13€ and the VAT on the package and delivery fee. So by my calculations I should have payed 30€ approximately, somebody has put 90€ in their pockets! There are articles in Newspaper and on chat rooms about FedEx Greece…. So bad..
F	Foteini Efstathiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Sent an envelope with ΤΝΤ, with documents to the US from Greece, they delivered it in 2 days, cost around 48 euros for express service. I placed the order and payed online, a courier came to my house within 1 hour after the placement, took it around 12pm and 2 days later, it was delivered safely and fast in California around afternoon. Great and fast service and very polite and friendly people on the phone (I called them a few times). I totally recomend their courier express service!
