★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is there a lower than a 1 star rating?if there is that is what this company is worthy of. Yes I know it is difficult times we go through, but there was a 5 month period where they could have organised the company better. Contact is below zero. The couriers themselves do as they want without having a protocol for everyone. Let alone the fact that even the members of the company cannot communicate with each other, unless it is on the same office. The only bright thing of the company is their front line . The people that have to withstand everything from us, the customers and the incompetence of their superiors. Overall, if you can choose a different courier company do so.
