Nice location and room view, beautiful property quiet and relaxing atmosphere. However overpriced for the quality of service offered (eg. poor breakfast, small bathroom, cleaning of the room was poor, towels and bed sheets only changed after complained and then not changed for 5 days). Would avoid.

Positive: Nothing!. Negative: Everything! First and foremost the hygiene of the room was very poor! If you want to sleep with spiders and spider webs then this is the hotel for you! The room itself was very old and in very poor condition. So much so that there was no toilet paper holder and the seal around the shower door was so worn out it might as well not have been there. The attitude of the one particular male staff member whose Greek dialect wasn’t even one of a Greek born, was very unprofessional and I highly suggest he take some courses on how to correctly speak to guests that are keeping his business running! Instead of listening to our concern he put the blame on us and told us (and I quote) “you got what you paid for, if you don’t like it you should have paid for a better room” in other words this is what €60 a night gets you, shut up and take it or else you know where the exit is. If you have been in the business for 15 years like you mentioned then you have been dealing with quests the wrong way, for far too long! We will not be returning here nor will we be recommending this hotel to anyone. As far as we are concerned you are ripping people off. If you are reading this, do your self a favour and go book somewhere else. The CONTINENTAL breakfast should be advertised as that “CONTINENTAL” so guests know exactly what to expect. But even then don’t get your hopes up. You will get stale old mini croissants, poor quality coffee and the personal touch of the staff’s germs, literally! I suggest you start asking your staff to wear gloves when handling food. Cheese slices were placed on serving plate with bare hands straight after handling boxes into kitchen. I would like to eat plain cheese not your germs that come with it. I also suggest that photos of ALL the room categories be advertised online so guests know exactly what to expect. If you only put photos up of the “nice” rooms then you are setting yourself up for false advertising and also creating false customer expectations..

Positive: I liked the LED lights. The bed was comfortable. Negative: We spent a week in this hotel and it was awfull. The bedroom was really really stinky, there was a terrible smell of piss (you have the feeling of being in a public toilet), even my clothes got that terrible smell. It was so dirty that we don't know whether we have a halloween thematic room (web spider, worms, dust and stains everywhere). For them the cleaning is just to make the bed. Moreover, they tried to cheat on you: they knocked the door of the bedroom to ask you for money for a tax that we already payed (by the way, they didn't give me any receipt). The owners were really rude. I don't recomend this place at all, it was the worst hotel I've ever been in my life. If you want to enjoy the holiday, don't come to this hotel.

Positive: The place is lovely, amazing views and polite staff. The pool is clean and the prices are very reasonable.. Negative: We travelled as a group for a wedding and I understand it can become confusing so many bookings but we were asked to swap rooms on our last night because another group wanted to stay together on the same floor. At first we said no and the man was rude to us. Luckily for them they have very polite and sweet girls working for them, as she asked and explained so nicely afterwards we agreed but this did mean we was put into their daughters room on the top floor. This was absolutely fine for one night but wouldn’t of been very happy if it had of been for any longer..

Positive: We are a couple ant stayed at their superior studio which was really beautiful, with contemporary design furniture and lighting, and it comes with a private huge covered terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool, and from which you can see the sea at a distance. Very good location, quite and elegant settings.. Negative: Room cleanings could have been better; the cleaning lady was very polite but definitely too quick, with cleanings consisting in quickly brushing the floor and not much more. Although towels and bed linen were clean. The room has a nice kitchenette but very poor and chipped kitchenware. I hope the owners will improve the kitchenware with more items and new: cutlery, glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pans, etc. because unfortunately this point really spoiled the beauty of the room. Also the shower room was a bit old and not at the same quality level of the rest of the room..

Fantastic place, wonderfully designed complex where not only you have a room with a terrace but also a wonderful garden with wonderfully fragrant plants, gazebos, places to read, drink coffee, bbq, hammock, clean and large pool. In the evening it smelled like paradise thanks to jasmine and a wonderfully decorated and designed garden. The owners extremely nice, helpful, very hospitable. Rooms at the right level, cleaned every day, new towels. reaction to each of our inquiries, when we reported that the toilet is a bit stuck, it was repaired immediately. the only thing to consider and improve is to enrich your breakfasts with something warm type of scrambled eggs or sausages or at least every 2-3 days something new but it's such a small thing. A very good place for people who do not like resorts, want to feel the typical Greek atmosphere, peace, relax in a beautiful environment and at the same time have close to interesting places.

Positive: Awesome view! A beautiful comfortable private terrace at our suite. Pool itself and pool equipment very nice! A modern room with all necessary. Very good location. Good supermarket 500 m and a couple of very nice taverns in 1,5 km. A nice beach in 1 km. An apartment to recommend to stay in if you discover the south of island.. Negative: It was a very nice stay, no inconvenience! A quiet simple breakfast was OK for us, a not perfect clean rooms and bath were also no problem for us as we were ready fot it (many responses on booking wrote about it).

Staff was very helpful and polite, rooms spacious and clean and a beautiful view.
