I went there on the 13th to buy a ferry ticket to Bari, with my vehicule, for an important appointment on the 16th.
The guy at the desk told me that all the ferries were full and the first availability for Bari was on 18th!
He tried to sell me a ticket for Ancona on the 15th and told me my "only chance to make it on time" was to take this ferry and then drive more than 500km to reach my appointment!
Doubtful, I went to the port to double check. No ferry was full, there was availability at any date!
I am outrage by such a lack of consideration and disrespect.
Just tell your clients with specific needs to go to the port when you sold out your stock. This is truly unacceptable!
