Pleasant crossing from Venice to Patras and back. We travelled as a family and had booked an seaside cabin. The cabin was clean and spacious, and we have slept well. The restaurant can be compared to IKEA: selfservice, point at what you see and you get a plate of food. The food is basic, but okay. I would travel again with ANEK Lines.

If only i could put less! Zero organisation, zero safety! -100000/5 stars. Worst company ever. Definitely not safe for COVID 19. Superfast I has awful customer service. They just cant care less. Not safe for health and luggage. If you ever want to travel to hell- use superfast I- most appropriate transportation. Never again.

I should have gone with Minoan lines, for the money I paid 560 one way very little value cabins much smaller, old dated, staff not so friendly. Food was terrible, even by Ryan Air standards. Couldn't eat anything on board. Go with Minoan better food better cabins and better staff.

Completely unprofessional operation during loading today in Ancona — No clear signage, staff yelling at passengers at the top of their lungs, fights breaking out between staff, and customer service disinterested in doing anything about it Edit: on the other hand, Anek rebooked our journey without any hassle or any additional cost when we had to move our return trip by one day. The loading operation is a complete mess though, particularly in the Italian port

The amount of cigarette smoke inside the ship is disgusting and reminds of a smokey bar. Not sure what you're paying for here in terms of service. Fly if you can!!!

I had a good trip to Venice from Patras in December21 under Covid circumstances. But the communication of this company is a disaster. You buy a ticket and get zero information where to show up or when. Their office in the south port of Patra is not even on Google maps. IT IS NOT THIS ONE HERE, which is unreachable. On board this continues, no signs with opening times of the restaurant, you need to follow the announcements (bad luck if you take a shower or so...). My arrival in Venice was belated for more than 2 hours, no info, no announcement whatsoever. But 4 announcements that you should return your cabin keycard. Also, do not expect any flexibility. Missed your breakfast included in the luxury ticket (the most expensive one) because they do not provide info about opening hours of the restaurant? Bad luck, they are not willing to allow for any compensation. The luxury cabin is nice though (comparable to a hotel room of medium level, just the bathroom is basic) and in my view provides good value for money. If you are vegetarian you better bring your own food (only self-service open because of Covid - no information about this before you are on board).
