★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dreadful experience. Booked a trip to Olympia but never got picked up by the bus from Fidelity Travel. Only after repeated requests and proof of them being in the wrong instead of me as the customer did I get any money back.
Never received an apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great day with the whole family in Zakynthos by booking the Keri-Kaiki tour!The tour lasts 3 hours and you have the chance to see the stunning Keri caves and Marathonisi island. Last but not least we saw the protected turtles Kareta-Kareta ending in a beautiful way that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This summer we visited Zakynthos with the whole family and the kids wanted to visit the local water park. As we were staying in a hotel we found that Fidelity Travel could pick us up from the hotel and take us straight to the water park where we spent the entire day. From transport to tickets , Fidelity was total perfection! Thank you guys :)

I did the island tour with them and they didn’t disappoint in terms of service, thus I will choose fidelity once again I visit Zakinthos for sure! Thank you guys you are awesome!

I would highly recommend them because we were able to see all of the island sites, and a great variety of local products. Don't forget to take with you sensible footwear and clothing for church and monastery stops, sunblock, swimm wear and towels, water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I 100% recommend this travel agency. We booked the private ‘’Zakynthos Beach Tour.’’ The bus picked us in time, the boat was nice comparing to other private boats that we saw. We started with the Smugglers Cove, where the wreck of the ship “Panayiotis” can be seen and the chance for a wonderful swim in the lovely blue waters. We had enough time to see everything, but we were not losing time anywhere. Whole staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the day! Thank you for a great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a Turtle Island excursion booked through Jet2. Our bus was last on the boat, which was crammed with nowhere to sit. The tour began by hounding a turtle, assisted by several other small boats in the harbour for cheap photographic shots. Although sightings werent guaranteed, I didn't expect the only one spotted to be harassed. Im glad no more were spotted. Announcements were made in many languages with English being the last. No English announcements were made on the bus about return travel so I had to rely on some basic knowledge of another language to know what to do. I asked the guide later and she just said she couldn't remember. The return to resort bus was horrendous, no aircon and the beginning of the heatwave.
