Η Φιλαρμονική Δήμου Ιωαννιτών λειτουργεί συνεχώς από το 1953 αλλά ιδρύθηκε για πρώτη φορά το 1917 και λειτούργησε έως το 1934. Σήμερα είναι τμήμα του Πνευματικού Κέντρου Δήμου Ιωαννιτών. Φιλοξενείται σε ένα ιστορικό κτίριο του 1894, έργο του Πολωνού αρχιτέκτονα Σιγισμόνδου ΜινέΪκο, πού κατασκευάστηκε με εντολή του τότε διοικητή των Ιωαννίνων Χιβζή Πασά, για να στεγάσει το νοσοκομείο της πολης. Στο κτίριο λειτούργησε κάποτε και το Δημοτικό Μαιευτήριο Ιωαννίνων.
 Operating area of the Philharmonic of the Municipality of Ioannina, while in the same area operates the Department of traditional dances. The Philharmonic of the Municipality of Ioannina has been operating continuously since 1953 but was founded for the first time in 1917 and operated until 1934. Today it is part of the Cultural Center of the Municipality of Ioannina. It is housed in a historic building from 1894, the work of the Polish architect Sigismund Mineiko, built by order of the then governor of Ioannina Hivzi Pasha, to house the city hospital. The Municipal Maternity Hospital of Ioannina once operated in the building.
