★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel, I enjoyed the most luxurious stay! Really beautiful, comfortable and spacious rooms, with classy decoration. The breakfast was outstanding, with the most amazing variety of home-made cakes, pies and sweets. The staff was so nice and polite, ready to help with everything we needed. I highly recommend Grand Sarai with all my heart, I look forward to visiting again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel, with beatiful rooms and a luxurious lobby, situated only 10mins walking from the city center. Breakfast and dinner were very delicious, friendy staff and a wonderfull pool. Free parking within the hotel premises and very good WiFi. Only disadvantage is that some rooms do not have a balcony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know where to start. Location. Fabulous. Access to everything in town from the best restaurants to the local market and pastry shops. Plenty of parking at the hotel. Luxurious decor and large reception. Rooms spacious and with all the essential amenities. Good free WiFi. TV with full connectivity but due to the large size of the room could be a bigger screen. I had a room with a balcony and nice views of the city and distant mountains. More important good quality bedding. I had excellent sleep all 5 nights. Quiet too although this is maybe due to off peak season. Staff. Very professional helpful and accommodative. You can feel the smile even behind the mask. Breakfast. Plenty of choices and good quality with lots of local produce. Unfortunately due to Covid both pools and spa were unavailable?
Overall great value for money. Definitely would stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed with a group and I think because of this, was not treated very well. The place is nice, the room I stayed in was upscale antique-y and spacious. Both the WiFi and Cellular Data connection were absolutely terrible from just the second floor. The pool closed at 7, which was kind of upsetting due to the fact that it was still bright outside. It was nice enough, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for 2 nights and it was great. First of all, the room was very clean so the bathroom was. The breakfast was amazing too, it had all the kinds of food. The only thing is negative about the breakfast that the two cups we took were kind of dirty, bit we changed them. The crew was kind enough and the bed was very comfortable. It was all great!
