★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λοιπόν, επικοινώνησα με τον κο Βαγγέλη τηλεφωνικά για να μου αλλάξει κουφώματα σε διαμέρισμα που είχε παλιά κουφώματα.
Η επικοινωνία μας ήταν άψογη και ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα όσον αφορά στις οικονομικές προσφορές.
Όταν καταλήξαμε ήρθε στο σπίτι, πήρε μέτρα και μέσα σε δύο εβδομάδες ήρθε το συνεργείο του και τα πέρασαν.
Τα κουφώματα είναι αλουμινένια συρόμενα χωνευτά της ΕΛΒΙΑΛ με σίτες, γενικά φαίνονται να είναι καλής ποιότητας, το ίδιο και οι μηχανισμοί τους.
Οι μάστορες έκαναν πολύ καλή δουλειά, ήταν ευγενέστατοι και δεν άφησαν ατσαλιές και βρωμιές.
Ο ίδιος ο Φιλιπάτος πέρασε δύο φορές να δει πως πάνε οι εργασίες και όλα πήγαν τέλεια.
Πριν καταλήξουμε σε αυτόν είχα επικοινωνήσει και με άλλους, αλλά κάποιοι δε μου έστειλαν καν προσφορά, κάποιοι μου είπαν ότι έχουν κενό στο πρόγραμμα μετά από 5 μήνες (!!!) και τέτοια.
Από τιμές, η προσφορά του Φιλιπάτου ήταν περίπου 10% πιο ακριβή από την προσφορά του φθηνότερου που είχα βρει αλλά ο άλλος είχε και αρκετές κριτικές με παράπονα πελατών στο google maps , και είπα να μην τσιγγουνευτώ σε μία επένδυση για τα επόμενα 20 χρόνια.
Αν βάλουμε και κάτι πρόσθετο στο μέλλον, θα απευθυνθώ στον Φιλιπάτο οπωσδήποτε.
Δεν το μετανιώνω καθόλου και τον συστήνω άνετα.
Σημειώνω ότι είμαι διπλωματούχος μηχανολόγος μηχανικός και κάτι σκαμπάζω από κουφώματα.

Our communication was impeccable and responded promptly in terms of financial offers.
When we arrived, he came home, took action and within two weeks, his crew came and they passed.
The frames are aluminum sliding recesses of ELVIAL with screens, generally they seem to be of good quality, as well as their mechanisms.
The carpenters did a very good job, they were very kind and did not leave any steel and dirt.
Filipatos himself went twice to see how things were going and everything went perfectly.
Before we came to him I had contacted others, but some did not even send me an offer, some told me that they have a gap in the program after 5 months (!!!) and such.
In terms of prices, Filipato's offer was about 10% more expensive than the cheapest I had found but the other one also had a lot of customer complaints on google maps, and I said not to skimp on an investment for the next 20 years.
If we put something extra in the future, I will definitely address Philip.
I do not regret it at all and I recommend it comfortably.
I note that I am a qualified mechanical engineer and I skimp on something.
