We had a bad luck to be in Nikiti during weather disaster. In a half hour cars was floating in the sea and all strears have become rivers. There was no water but hoast was managed to fix some water toalets only.
After two days with no shower and with two kids we were forced to leave three days earlier.
Owners thought that any compassion is not needed for leaving earlier. Sead.!???

The friendly owners made our stay even better, most definitely we will come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, good accommodation, fully equipped appartment with everything you would need, very clean, good staff. 50 meters to the beach and 150 to Restaurant Kazanis with very good food, prices and service. Good communication before our arrival, although we didn't met the friendly hospitality of the host / co-owner, which we had always during our yearly holiday in lovely Greece, and all the small problems or inconveniences we had, have been solved with little displeasure. Ask in advance for more key cards, as it is very uncomfortable for 4 people to have only one acces card into the room. Also, if you need receipt or invoice for accommodation, clear in advance all the details, so you will not have any surprises at the end. We will come back with greatest pleasure to Sithonia and Nikiti, but will look for another host.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our preferable place to stay in Nikiti. Apartments are really beautiful, clean and well equipped. Beach in a front is quite good. It is a peaceful part of Nikiti and center of town is just a pleasant walk from here... We could always recommend these apartments! Hope to come next year...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The position of apartments-the best. Everything is very clean and tidy. Apartments are located on the coast. 30 meters from the sea. The owners are very friendly. We have been driving there for 6 years in a row.
