Με διαβεβαιωσαν πως θα γινει αντικατάσταση. Σήμερα το πρωί πηγα στο κατάστημα με το φίλτρο και ο ιδιοκτήτης με ειρωνευτηκε λεγοντας μου πως για να σπασει το φιλτρο πρεπει να το πετάξεις στο πάτωμα με δυναμη. Στη συνέχεια μου ζήτησε 15 ευρώ (χωρις απόδειξη εννοείται) για να μου δωσει καινούργιο. Για κατι που μολις το εβγαλα απο τη συσκευασια εγινε κομματια. I bought all filter (annual replacement). As soon as I opened the package it dissolved. I called the store immediately and informed them. I was assured that there would be a replacement. This morning I went to the filter shop and the owner was joking with me saying that in order to break the filter you have to throw it on the floor loudly. He then asked me for 15 euros (without proof of course) to give me a new one. Something I just pulled out of the package was broken into pieces.
