M	MARILENA MAGKOULIA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο, πολύ αναπαυτικό κρεβάτι, εξαιρετικά καλαίσθητος χώρος, καθαρό μπανιο, πολύ ζέστη τόσο από το αυτόνομο καλοριφέρ όσο και από το αερόθερμο, pet friendly, ωραίο πρωινό με πλήρη τήρηση των υγειονομικών προτύπων. Ωραία τοποθεσία, με θέα και 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο των Καλαβρύτων, προσιτό και φιλόξενο προσωπικό! Πραγματικά θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε! Very clean room, very comfortable bed, extremely elegant space, clean bathroom, very warm both from the autonomous radiator and the fan heater, pet friendly, nice breakfast with full compliance with sanitary standards. Nice location, overlooking and 5 minutes from the center of Kalavrita, affordable and hospitable staff! We will really prefer it again!
Ε	Ειρήνη Νικολαΐδου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία, 3 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το κέντρο των Καλαβρύτων. Το δωμάτιο (δίκλινο) όμορφο, καθαρό, άνετο και κυρίως ζεστό καθόλη τη διάρκεια της παραμονής μας (ήταν ήδη αναμμένη η θέρμανση μόλις φτάσαμε). Το πρωινό επίσης πολύ καλό. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε! Very nice location, 3 minutes drive from the center of Kalavrita. The room (double) beautiful, clean, comfortable and mostly warm throughout our stay (the heating was already on as soon as we arrived). Breakfast also very good. We will definitely prefer it again!

Μείναμε σε ένα πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο με πολύ ζεστό χώρο και άφθονο ζεστό νερό. Τηρούνται τα απαραίτητα πρωτόκολλα covid-19, το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα ξανά πάμε. The hotel is located in the most beautiful location of Kalavrita, three minutes from the main square. We stayed in a spotless room with very warm space and plenty of hot water. The necessary covid-19 protocols are observed, I highly recommend it and we will go again.
m	marios paterakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η περιοχή είναι καλή, το ξενοδοχείο ως κτίριο είναι μια χαρά, τα δωμάτια καθαρά και ευρύχωρα. Εκεί που πραγματικά χάνει είναι σε λεπτομέρειες που θα κάνουν τον πελάτη να νιώσει πιο άνετα. Ενώ υπάρχει βραστήρας δεν υπάρχει φακελάκι καφέ, τσάι η κάτι τέτοιο. Δεν υπάρχει μπουφές στο πρωινό, και το πρωινό είναι ιδιαίτερα φτωχό με βάση την τιμή του ξενοδοχείου( πήγαμε τέλη Ιανουαρίου). Το πιο αστείο είναι ότι υπήρχε ένα χαρτί υγείας στο δωμάτιο, και μας είπε ο υπεύθυνος στη ρεσεψιόν αν χρειαστούμε δεύτερο να ζητήσουμε! Την επόμενη μέρα, στο πρωινό, ζήτησα από τον υπάλληλο 2 φορές χαρτί υγείας, και μου είπε ότι θα φέρει! Δεν έφερε ποτέ! Επίσης, στο πρωινό έρχεται, ο υπεύθυνος, και μας είπε να τον πληρώσουμε τώρα, γιατί θα πήγαινε λέει χιονοδρομικό, ενώ το check out ήταν το μεσημέρι! Σε καμία φάση δεν μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε άνετα, και σίγουρα αυτός δεν είναι τρόπος να διευθυνεις ξενοδοχείο! The area is good, as the hotel building is fine, the rooms clean and spacious. There really misses are details that will make the customer feel more comfortable. While there is no kettle sachet of coffee, tea or something. No buffet at breakfast, and the breakfast is very poor based on the price of the hotel (we went late January). The funniest thing is that there was a toilet paper in the room, and told us the manager at the front desk if you need a second to ask! The next day, at breakfast, I asked the clerk 2x toilet paper, and told me to bring! Never bore! Also in the morning comes, the manager, and told us to pay him now, because he says he would go skiing and check out was noon! At no stage did we feel comfortable, and certainly this is no way to run the hotel!
