A	Athanasia Papastavrou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχει καλές προοπτικές και θα μπορούσε να είναι πολύ καλού επιπέδου αλλά υστερεί σε βασικά πράγματα (πχ έλλειψη κλιματιστικου και ψυγείου στο δωμάτιο - πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο για δύο άτομα - παράθυρα χωρίς σίτες - πετσετες (καθαρές) πολύ πολύ φθαρμενες από τη χρήση). Το πρωινό ήταν αδιάφορο προς κακό. Ωραία τοποθεσία, όμορφο περιβάλλον. Πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικος ο υπάλληλος που μας εξυπηρέτησε. It has good prospects and could be of a very good standard but lags behind in basic things (eg lack of air conditioning and refrigerator in the room - very small room for two people - windows without screens - towels (clean) very very worn from use). Breakfast was indifferent to bad. Nice location, beautiful environment. The employee who served us was very kind and helpful.

Είχαμε κλείσει μια οικογενειακή σουίτα μέσω του Μάνεση (άλλοι απατεώνες εκεί) και βρεθήκαμε σε ένα δίχωρο σκοτεινό βρώμικο δωμάτιο με τηλεόραση του '80 (χωρίς τηλεκοντρόλ, χωρίς αποκωδικοποιητή και έπιανε μόλις 3 κανάλια)! Το μόνο θετικό ήταν ο ρεσεψιονίστ ο οποίος ήταν ευγενικός και προσπαθούσε να σώσει ότι σώζεται. The worst we have left in recent years. We had booked a family suite through Manesis (other scammers there) and found ourselves in a two-room dark, dirty room with '80s TV (no remote control, no set-top box and only 3 channels)! The only positive was the receptionist who was polite and tried to save what was saved.
Τ	Τζένη Ράπτη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ καλέσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο να ρωτήσουμε διαθεσιμότητα σπα & μασάζ κι ο κύριος που εξυπηρέτησε επι λέξη μας είπε ¨μην παίρνετε όπου να ναι πριν να κοιτάξετε, όταν προσπαθησαμε να εξηγήσουμε ότι "σας καλέσαμε για να μάθουμε αν προσφέρετε μασάζ όπως γράφει στο Ίντερνετ" με αγένεια μας ξαναείπε πριν καλέσουμε να το ψάξουμε και να μην καλούμε "αλα νταλον". Ευχαριστήσαμε, ευχηθήκαμε καλά Χριστούγεννα και το κλείσαμε στον αγενή κύριο και αμέσως μετά μας κάλεσε από κινητό τηλέφωνο και δε μιλούσε. απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση τηλεφωνικά, ποσό μάλλον να επισκεφτούμε και τον χώρο. Ούτε κατα διάνοια ! we called the hotel to ask for spa & massage availability and the gentleman who served verbally told us ¨Don't get anywhere before you look, when we tried to explain that "we called you to find out if you offer massage as it says on the Internet" with our rudeness he said again before calling to look for it and not to call "ala dalon". We thanked him, wished him a Merry Christmas and turned it on to the rude gentleman and immediately after he called us from a cell phone and he did not speak. unacceptable service by phone, how much more to visit the place. Not even mentally!

K	Konstantinos Grivas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed one night with friends. The location is just excellent!!! The rooms are clean. Cosy. The staff is brilliant!! Very friendly and welcoming!!! Breakfast, plentiful! And prices are reasonable. The hotel surely needs refurbishment, but then, prices would double... What is best? I give five stars for a very pleasant stay. Big thank you to the staff!!
