Exercise in small groups with very good prices and excellent gymnasts, I recommend it, it has nothing to do with the classic gyms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το Fitness and Friends Gym δεν είναι ένα κλασικό γυμναστήριο. Εδώ μπορεί να κανείς να συνδυάσει την ενδυνάμωση, τη γιόγκα και τη γυμναστική με την παρέα, τη διασκέδαση και τη χαλάρωση. Θεωρώ μεγάλη καινοτομία τα μικρά γκρουπ personal training (4-5), ενώ ο χώρος έχει διαμορφωθεί κατάλληλα για τις ανάγκες του γυμναστηρίου. Στα θετικά είναι και ο χώρος της ταράτσας όπου από την άνοιξη έως το φθινόπωρο και όποτε ο καιρός το επιτρέπει, η δράση μεταφέρεται στον ανοιχτό χώρο, με θέα την Ακρόπολη!
Fitness and Friends Gym is not a classic gym. Here one can combine empowerment, yoga and gymnastics with friends, fun and relaxation. I consider the small group personal training (4-5) to be a great innovation, while the space has been tailored for the needs of the gym. Positive is also the space of the terrace where from spring to autumn and whenever weather allows, the action is transferred to the open space overlooking the Acropolis!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing, small group-based training (from 1 up to 8 people per class depending on availability). The online booking systems if forbers only and it simply works perfect. The instructors are making sure you perform every exercise correctly with care, support and special attention.
