FIVOS travel customer service experience was TOP NOTCH. Magda took very good care of my family and I. Magda met us at our hotel (Creta Maris Beach Resort) which was 5 minutes from Fivos. She explained everything in great detail and EVERYTHING she coordinated logistically was on point. The transfer to and from Santorini was affordable and we were met by a gentleman holding a sign up with our name on it. She coordinated the overnight stay in Santorini in which I can’t stop showing pictures of. A dream come true and now we have a personal connection with Magda and her associates at Fivos Travel. You will not go wrong with using their services and the best part about this is we gained genuine friends for a lifetime.

Fantastic. I had two excursions using Fivos and both went smoothly, totally stress free, great guide's, well organized. Good price too, I have Zero complaints. For one of the excursions, only three people booked, but Michael went out of his way to personally drive us so we could still see the sights! (At no extra cost!) And it was a great day out! Magda at the booking office was also very friendly, helpful and had excellent communication skills. I will be using Fivos again, and I recommend everyone else does too! Very friendly, honest and decent people.

Loved Magda who runs Fivos!! I used her company for a sailing trip to Dia and a bike tour around the local area. Both were well organised and great fun. She makes sure the tours are right for your needs! Recommended.

Magda was great, arranging, very professional. The boat trip she organized for us (family of 4) was great, smooth, on time, driver and captain were super nice. We felt well taken care of.

On 8.7.2021 we rented a private yacht for 9 adults through this travel agency, Magda the woman from the consulting agency was very nice, and very reliable. The cruise with the yacht was excellent with lunch. Excellent service It is highly recommended

Fantastic and very friendly service. Fivos travel arranged a wonderful boat trip for us (group of 6 adults) on the most amazing catamaran. They did everything for us and were a complete pleasure to deal with. We will definitely go back to beautiful Crete, and we will definitely use Fivos Travel to arrange all our trips while we are there :-)

I went to Crete with my two young children and wanted a nice day out seeing Crete, but avoiding being in crowds due to Covid. I contacted Fivos travel after reading all the great reviews on them and Magda was absolutely amazing. She adapted the trip to our needs, arranged the half day out on a private yacht for the 3 of us, with a captain who was extremely knowledgeable and told us all the most amazing mythical storied about Crete as we were travelling back, and a lovely young lady who was wonderful to help us and set up some fruits for us to snack on after we swam in the most beautiful creek. She even gave me her shoes so I could walk up to the little church on the island with the kids as I didnt have suitable ones! We had the most wonderful day and have booked to go back next summer and I am still in touch with Magda for her to help us arrange more excursions. I must say how Magda will go the extra length for her customers. I was in touch with her for our excursion and she even dropped off the tickets for me at the hotel. But then when I mentioned to her a couple days later that I was struggling to arrange our seating for our return flights (my children were sat seperately to me) she simply asked me to send her the details of the travel agency in Crete, contacted them herself and got it all resolved so we could sot together! I really could not praise her more and my honest advice to anyone who visits Crete is contact Magda as she will help you plan the most perfect adventure based on your needs. The agency is great but she is definitely their biggest asset. A true jewel.
