The gym is on two floors fully equipped with quality equipment for practicing crossfit, powerlifting, fitness...
The WOD was well structured with warm up, skills and the workout adapted according the levels of athletes.
The team was fully available to help me to do a qualifier WOD for the Marseille Throwdown.
I won't forget the kindness of the team.
Therefore, don't hesitate to go to Flow868!!!
