And as you progress he will give you more so you are not overwhelmed right away.. Because of his degrees from Athens with experience with others for over 25 years and also as an athlete, he can help you with issues that you to do from stretches to weights. I had issues of lower abs and knee and ankles issues and he knew within seconds what to do.... It is an intimate studio and most people have that same serious attitude and men and especially women feel comfortable. ! Speaks good English too.
