Σήμερα λαογραφικό μουσείο που δεν το βρίσκεις εύκολα ανοικτό.Κοντά στα 2οομ υπάρχει μεγάλο πάρκινγκ .Ακριβώς στην είσοδο του ιστορικού γεφηριου . This museum was built by the Turks for a border guard and later a guard of the Greek gendarmerie. Today there is a folklore museum that you cannot easily find. Near the 2nd floor there is a large car park.

A	A. Efthymiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εδώ τό κτήριο πρωτοκατασκευάστηκε από τούς Οθωμανούς τό 1881 ως συνοριακό φυλάκιο όταν η πόλη της Άρτας εντάχθηκε στο ελληνικό κράτος και τό ποτάμι ήταν σύνορο. Μετά την τελευταίο εμφύλιο πόλεμο και τήν στρατιωτική κυβέρνηση χρησιμοποιήθηκε ως σταθμός της βασιλικής χωροφυλακής. Όταν έγινε η νέα γέφυρα τής Άρτας άλλαξε χρήση μέχρι πού έγινε ένα μικρό λαογραφικό Μουσείο. Here the building was first built by the Ottomans in 1881 as a border post when the city of Arta joined the Greek state and the river was a border. After the last civil war and the military government it was used as a station of the royal gendarmerie. When the new bridge of Arta was built, it changed its use until it became a small folklore museum.
Γ	Γιώργος Σκαλιστής on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ιστορικό κτήριο, παλαιό φρουραρχείο. Απαραίτητη επίσκεψη, δίνει την εικόνα της ζωής στην παλαιά Άρτα. Historic building, old guard house. Necessary visit, gives the picture of life in the old Arta.
