Souvlaki was burned, dry and obviously sitting on the grill for hours if not from the previous day. Chips were soggy and cold and sitting around for a while.
You would not serve that food to your family so don't serve it to customers, better to throw it away. Avoid at all costs as there are plenty to chose from in the area.
